Our 27 year old furnace and blower motor was dead in our newly purchased home and I decided to get a few quotes for replacement. Ecology was very fast in setting me up with an appointment and Mark & Jake were very responsive and honest. I did not feel any high pressure sales tactics like I have from other companies and they were very honest with what they were offering and their opinions. I decided to go with them since they were local to us here in Elverta and offered us a great price compared to other companies and helped us with their financing options. The crew removed my old system in the attic and installed a new Trane system in less than 4 hours. We ran into a hiccup with the permit inspection due to not having an attic light and Mark made sure we would be taken care of and Jake was super awesome and came back and fixed our issue and we just passed. This local company backs up their work, are respectful, accountable and professional, and offer a great service at great price. When we were shopping around for an HVAC system, not only did Ecology Air give us the best quote, but Mark spent 45 minutes on the phone with my husband BEFORE he had our business, happily explaining our options to him.

Nick and Jake did our installation for us. They showed up on time, got the job done in two days, and even gave us some valuable advice regarding some other projects we had going on. We've been using the AC for about two weeks, and it works and looks great (they paid particular attention to the aesthetics, which we appreciated). We'd do it the same way again -- give these guys your business, you won't regret it.

Mark and Jake are both highly responsive and helpful. Mark went out of his way to track down a motor for our heater that needed replacement. He said he had never seen the type of furnace we had in his 15 years of experience, so the part was not going to be easy to find. He later discovered that our replacement part had gone through 5 different product line changes, but he faithfully followed the trail and kept it on hold with the distributor, waiting patiently while we battled with our home warranty company before we could give him the green light to come back and install it. Now we're toasty warm again and highly recommend these guys.

Mark had called me because I had requested a quote for a service regarding my broken thermostat. I failed at installing a Nest thermostat. I turned off the wrong breaker and caused a spark. After installation, the unit was not receiving any power.

I had a rival company quote me $85 for the service visit and potentially another $150 for a replacement transformer.

Mark let me know that it was most likely a blown fuse that I could replace myself for a couple dollars. He instructed me that I would most likely have to just find my heater and find the panel with the blown fuse.

I was surprised the they weren't trying to get some easy money and charge me for such an easy fix. Marc was right though. I was able to get into my attic and find the blown fuse. The fuse was less than $5 at an appliance repair store, and I was able to fix it myself!

Based on this experience, I trust this company completely and will be going to them for any future needs. Marc seems to be an honest and experienced guy. For that reason, I think, they deserve your business.

I had to post a review for this company because they are top of the line. As COVID hit, our AC unit was blowing constant air and would not turn off. We called Ecology Air Innovations and they took over 30 minutes walking through everything with my wife and explaining why we would need a new AC/furnace unit due to the furnace not working. They gave us a quote and told us to let them know when we were ready to order their services.

Well thats a lot of money so we brought in another company to give us a quote/analysis and they quoted THOUSANDS more than Ecology for the same unit. Needless to say, we went with Ecology. They got us an appointment quickly, installed both systems within a day and it was great work. The system works like a charm!

As I stated before, it was during the beginning of COVID so we did wait on the permit for a while to come. We had to sell our house and it had not come yet but when I followed up with their management team, they got in contact with their permit people right away and alleviated our concerns right away. Permit came within the week.

Don't waste your time with other companies, Ecology Air Innovations offer great value and their service is top notch. Doesn't get better.

Ecology Air arrived on time and installed an HVAC system within a few hours and even brought back a ladder a few days later after the City of Woodland said the ladder we had was not long enough and that they couldn't do the inspection until the correct size ladder was provided. I'm sure it was no small inconvenience for Ecology Air to drive to Woodland to provide us with a ladder and then have to come back and pick it up. They went above and beyond and the new system works great.

Great job, Fair price. I really like these guys.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! They installed a 4.5 ton, 2-zone, 2-stage system and ducting and made our house (finally!) comfortable. Frankly about the best customer service I have had. Mark is disarmingly honest and straightforward, and Jake + crew made it happen with professionalism, expertise and incredible courtesy. They were on time, on budget, and exactly as promised (actually better than promised in our screwy house). A family-type business model where every employee is committed to the final product and customer service. Very competitive pricing.

We were impressed with how much we saved by choosing Ecology Air, over $4000. Also our unit was installed in less than one day. The first company that came out told us it would take three days. I would recommend Ecology Air to anyone who needs a new unit.
