I would recommend Ecology Air Innovations to anyone. I had them do repairs on my mother’s AC unit, and 6 family members use Ecology Air Innovations to do the yearly conditioning of their AC units. I also had them put a brand new AC in one of my rental properties. Mark Gilmore has always been very prompt in scheduling a technician to take care of these jobs and I have always recived the most professional customer service from everyone. It is great to have a company that you can trust not only to get the job done but also that will treat you honestly.

My heater stopped working. I had approximately two other companies come out and they both said I needed a new heating and air conditioning unit. Both companies quoted a price. I called Ecology Air, and after reviewing my heating unit in the attic, he concluded that a switch was turned off which stop the heat from getting through. He told me it was probably because the filter was quite dirty. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he was very professional, pleasant, honest, and informative. He gave me a quote for a new system if I decided I wanted one. Since he left, the heating has been working great. I change the filters often. I highly recommend Ecology Air. Innovations.

My mother coincidentally passed away the same day my mother's tenants called to say the A/C had stopped working at my mother's home that we were renting out to them. While in the midst of my mother's passing, I also didn't want her tenants to go without A/C, and called Ecology based on a family member recommendation. Mark and team were very professional, and Mark proceeded at my request to replace the unit even though I couldn't be physically present. He just took care if it! Mark and Jake replaced all of our ductwork and installed a new Trane HVAC System and a Dayton Whole House Fan. Their workmanship and professionalism was top notch! All systems are working perfectly and have significantly improved the comfort level in our 30 year old Rancho Murieta home. Their prices were competitive and for a complete package. I came home on Sunday night from a trip and my A/C was not working as it should. The house wouldn't cool down at all. I came to Yelp to find someone and Ecology came up first. They were right down the road so that was a definite plus. Regrettably, I couldn't be seen on Monday, but Jake came by first thing on Tuesday morning.

Ever had your car doing weird noises and you go to the mechanic and you can't reproduce the problem? Yep - that's what happened. My A/C was working the way it should. But that didn't stop Jake from exhausting all possibilities and checking every single thing from top to bottom.

As I hovered nearby asking endless questions, Jake patiently answered my questions and explained items in a way that still respected me. He talked to me and never at me. In other words, I never felt that I was being mansplained to.

Integrity is a big thing for me. When I asked Jake if I paid by check, card, or how that would work, he paused. He felt bad charging me for not finding any problem at all. I happily paid my bill (particularly with the knowledge that they were the most reasonably priced of anyone around) and Jake let me know that if there's a problem to call - we're just around the corner.

I'm grateful to have found an honest and kind company to work with for my A/C needs.

Very professional and knowledgeable group of guys. Had whole A/C and heating unit replaced, with issues with 2 rooms not getting good air flow. Their solution was perfect and both rooms now getting great air flow. Would recommend to family and friends for sure.

We were in a bad spot when our heater went out and guests coming to visit the next day. I called and spoke to Mark and he came out to our house within 30 minutes and got our heater back up and running. Highly recommend them.
