Found Jake to be very professional and helpful in fixing our York heater which had been improperly installed by another company who had been unable to fix the unit. Jake took the time and effort to find out exactly how the mechanism should have been installed and didn't give up on us until he made sure the heater worked properly. Very impressed and grateful. Highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with my recent duct cleaning service by Liberty Mechanical, Inc. The process was easy from start to finish.
Just last week, Chris and Gustavo cleaned all the ducts in my two story home. Upon seeing the pile of dirt inside my return register, I was shocked and disgusted that my family and I had been breathing in that dust! Before and after photos were taken of that particular duct and I believe that they were posted on the company's Facebook page. Needless to say, I highly recommend this service for anyone concerned about their family's indoor air quality. I am sure that I will not have as many allergy issues as I have had in the past.
In addition, Chris and Gustavo are true professionals as they were prompt, friendly, fast and efficient. While they warned me that they were going to be "making a lot of noise," their machine wasn't any louder than my own vacuum cleaner.
Surprisingly, they left behind no signs they were ever in my home. They even vacuumed my floors during the process to make sure no plaster was left behind. Wow! Can they come back next week?
The best part of my experience is that Chris suggested that I purchase a built-in filter for the return register near my front door to prevent dust being drawn into my hvac system. I am definitely going to take his advice, as the front door area is where we take off our shoes every day. It's probably the dustiest place in my entire home.
