Technician arrived on time. Only fixed half of the problem. System still does not function right. Technician stated he couldn't find anything else wrong. Technician not fully qualified in my opinion. I an going to another firm to have the issue corrected

I just received my new York A/C and furnace from Liberty Mechanical. Jake and his crew where amazing. They worked very hard climbing stairs all day to replace my furnace in my tight attic and used a crane to place my A/C unit on my roof of my condo. I could not be happier with the quality of the product, installation and the customer service I received. Loni and Michelle in the office where so kind and efficient. I will be telling all my neighbors it's time to upgrade their old outdated units and give Liberty Mechanical a call. They will receive top notch service and a price that is very reasonable.

Liberty Mechanical came highly recommended by our good friends, so we thought we would give them a try. We researched several companies and found their prices could not be beat. The employees were both friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in 2 short days and we could not be happier. Our air conditioner works awesome! Loni, the owner/secretary is a total sweetheart! She was always super kind to me when I called. To top it off, Liberty sent us a thank you card, along with 2 gift cards to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Wow! That has never happened to us before. I HIGHLY recommend you use this company!

Liberty Mechanical was amazing. They not only were very competitively priced, they showed up on time, finished installing a brand new ac, furnace, and venting in just two days, and handled communicating with our HOA to make sure all of our rules were followed. Gustavo and Miguel were very nice and explained everything about the system and how to use it as well. I can't recommend them enough.

The whole team was professional and personable and I felt like the price was right for my system. They are responsive and very thorough from start to finish. My install was a bit of a challenge due to a small crawl space, but there was no complaining and in fact a fair amount of laughing. Great experience all around.

After too many years of sweating through the summer we finally decided to get some AC installed. Miguel and Billy were great, they got three units set up for us in three room in 2.5 days. They left our place really clean each day when they left and were very personable during the install days at the house. We are really happy with their work and would highly recommend them if your looking to beat the summer heat.

Jake from Liberty Mechanical not only fixed what was causing our furnace to leak through the attic, but upgraded the pipes, cleared clogs, changed our filter, and took the time to show me the way it all worked and what we could consider upgrading in the future. The operations team was professional and flexible on the phone; Jake was professional, punctual, and friendly. I highly recommend Liberty Mechanical!

Our heating and cooling system has been going out for the last year. I have been placing bandaids on the system until it died. I called Liberty Mechanical to come out and service my system to get me through the summer heat. I asked Jake to get me a estimate to replace the entire system. I was contacted by Loni the following day with the estimate. She also recommended several different payment plans. After agreeing on the exact system that works best for the house we had it installed in the next 10 days. The crew came out and arrived on time, were professional and took extra care of our floors and played down runners to minimize the impact tot the house.
