After getting quotes from a couple other companies we contacted Cano Heating and Air and realized their price was more affordable, and they could come out sooner than anyone else could! Day of installation of our new HVAC system was seamless and easy, it was all done within less than 8 hours which is quick when it comes to hvac! Would definitely recommend Cano heating and air to anyone I know!

Javier was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my old AC so I can squeeze another season out of it (21years old). Fair price. Would recommend him to anyone. Especially my Rolling Hills Chula Vista neighbors. 👍

Based on reviews I called Cano Heating for a tuneup inspection. There is a reason all the reviews I read were five stars! Javier was professional and personable. He explained what he was doing and why. After he made a few adjustments to my furnace it is in tip-top shape. I plan to call before summer to get the same service for the AC!

Cano Heating & Air Conditioning is extraordinary! This family business is truly the model for how all service companies could be. Javier, and his two sons, Gene and Nate, designed, installed and will maintain a new Heat/AC system for our home. We live by the beach and because of this, our home had only a heating system-no AC. With the weather becoming warmer, we began looking to have AC installed. Over the past two years we have had several HVAC companies come in and tell us there was no solution to our AC problem because of the existing design of our home. Fast forward to the end of June 2021 - Javier came to us through a solar contractor we are working with and showed us how AC could be accomplished and how a particular system (ducted splits) could work well with the Solar Panel System we decided to install. Not only did Javier design a system that would work and work with solar, but it is also energy efficient and clearly state of the art in terms of smart technology. Gene and Nate executed Javier’s vision beautifully! They worked extremely well together and with other contractors on site. Cano as a company has awesome communication and are the first ones onsite and the last ones to leave. They are extremely professional and leave the site clean and are respectful of the property. When unforeseen obstacles arise they are always finding solutions that are in alignment with the client’s desires and communicating throughout the process. Our particular project was unusual and needed “out of the box” thinking throughout the project. Cano came through every time - whether we needed a trade specialty or coordination with other onsite trades, Cano performed with incredible competence, professionalism and were just a delight to be around. We love them and will definitely have them do all the maintenance on our system. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your HVAC needs.

Javier, the owner, is great! He came out to my home and fixed an issue, with a 20-year plus old thermostat, in only minutes! He was courteous, professional and very prompt! My family and I were very impressed that he was out to our home within hours of having been called. His prices seemed very reasonable and he explained everything thoroughly while also offering energy saving tips going forward. I’ll be sure to recommend this business to family and friends.

I recently had an evaporator coil installed. Jr.(tech) accurately diagnosed the problem. Soon after the installers came and installed the new unit. Javier(owner) personally came over to insure everything was working correctly. Javier is even helping me get my money back from the defective coil. Great family ran business!
