We couldn’t have asked for better and timely service. Our A/C stopped working the night before and were worried that it wouldn’t get fixed anytime soon and we all know how hot it gets inland SD. The next morning, we got a response and someone was out within a few hours. The service was great and honest. He was able to figure out what the issue was and was a quick fix. If our A/C ever goes out again, we’ll definitely use this service again and recommend Cano to anyone!

We would highly recommend the Cano Heating and Air Team! They listened to our needs and gave us two clearly written options for replacing the original gas floor heater in our home. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all our questions. They were focused on completing the job well. Their integrity and concern for their clients were very apparent. Javier initially had to cancel an appointment I had due to sick calls. When I asked him to reschedule, he decided to take the trip to my house anyway despite being down a technician. He even waived the service fee for having to cancel on me earlier. Javier came out and identified the issue immediately and explained/showed us the part that needed replacement. In half hour, he was done. Saved us from this current heatwave. Bravo Javier 👏

Outstanding service. Delivers as promised. Very responsive and professional. Installed 2 ductless AC Pro Mini splits in December 2019. The general contractor did not leave openings for condensation drains. Cano adjusted their installation approach vs asking the contractor to re-open drywall. Cano has done 2 free annual inspections/adjustments: 1 based on the 1 year warranty, 1 an extension of warranty due to Covid - wow! Javier explains everything he is doing and why. Then educates me on what I should be doing to easily maintain and extend the life of my investment. No other company does that. They’d rather collect service/replacement fees for themselves. Cano is one of the most ethical companies I’ve employed as a homeowner and property manager.
