Very professional and very on the dot with schedules and timing . It’s a family run and they treat clients like family members too . Javier helped us make decisions on which system to install , by advising us after a visit to have an idea what we need and is looking for . At installation , unlike other vendor installations ,Javier and Rose left us with a garage cleaner than we had kept. Definitely will recommend Cano ‘s anytime

Javier was great and came to get my minisplit system up and running while other HVAC guys left me hanging. He spend only an afternoon and took his time to share his very impressive knowledge with me while only charging me half of what others had asked.

After dealing with no a/c for a month and an unresponsive warranty company I called Cano Heating and Air and they showed up the very next day. They diagnosed the issue and had it repaired w/in two days. The service techs were punctual, polite,and efficient. They even asked for our vaccum to tidy up a bit of dust. I am writing this review from the comfort of my nice cool living room now ☺️

After being informed by another A/C business that I needed a new A/C because my A/C system was too old and the part it needed was no longer in existence, I contacted Javier and he was able to find the part immediately and was able to repair my A/C on the same day of scheduled appointment. Excellent customer service, honest and ethical. Would highly recommend.

Cano is a great family business. Javier believes repair before replace. He updated house duct work, updated HVAC parts, vents/registers and helped me move my old A/C. Any issues and Cano Air responds. Not overpriced and trying to oversell you. A name you can trust for years to come.

There are no words to express when you find honest, knowledgeable and professional companies. Javier serviced an a/c unit while testing with industry required equipment to analyze the issue. My air conditioner stopped working yesterday night. I called Cano Heating and Air this morning and was able to schedule an appointment in 3 hours! Javier showed up on time and had the problem diagnosed in 10 minutes. He went to the warehouse, picked up the part, installed, tested and was off on his way in an hour. Very quick, very professional! Highly recommend this business!

Cano Air And Heating installed our two new AC system last January 2021. We were very pleased with the service and package they gave us! We didn’t start using them until this week and we noticed that there are fluids coming out from the pipes in front of our kitchen window. We are not quite sure if that is normal since we never had AC before. So I decided to text Javier, the owner of the company. Right away he called and told me that that is not normal and it should get fixed at once. The next day, he came by and did a diagnosis. He went to Home Depot to purchase some parts that are needed to fix the problem and now we have peace of mind that everything is okay with our AC system. Since it’s still under warranty, we didn’t pay him a single cent and was just pleased that he did it right away. Javier and his sons are very professional. They inform you what they are doing and what to expect during the work process. They are honest and they provide excellent service. I highly recommend them not to think twice in using their services.

Javier was wonderful! He explained everything to me and shared how I could continue to maintain my air conditioner on my own. He was very professional and thorough. Absolutely will use him again should the need present.

Javier is patient and so incredibly knowledgeable. It has been so hot and humid. Our 25 year old AC went out two days ago and as soon we called, we had an appointment set so quickly! Javier had our AC up and running so fast! We're so grateful!!! We're scheduling our HVAC replacement with Cano Air and I'm so excited to continue to do business with them.
