I needed my AC unit replaced , I had called and gotten estimates at 3 other places and wasn't convinced! Southwest met my expectations! Right from the beginning , they were so transparent with information and pricing! They did a great job! Thank you Southwest!!!!

This place is amazing. I had received quotes from 3 other contractors and they all told me that due to the lack of space in my attic I would require a package unit on the roof. Ugly. They all also failed to tell me that per city code it would require an inclosure to be built around it. Additional cost that would have come up at the end, naturally. The owner, Julio, assured me that they could get a unit into the attic to avoid having to put anything on the roof. And he delivered.

Southwest’s employees were very professional and curtious at all times. The whole time dealing with our dog who definitely wasn’t happy about them being there. They explained things every step of the way and cleaned thoroughly after each day they came.

I would absolutely recommend them

She replied yes, when I asked can I be notified when the serviceman is enroute. It had been cold in the area, so I really needed to get this wall heater and thermostat fixed. Did I say they have 4 kids too. Not even 30 minutes later, Mark had deduced the heater wire was in the wrong place (I guess when new flooring was laid) and he connected the wire at the thermostat that had come loose. He lit the pilot and moved the thermostat lever and whooshh!!!! I said Yayyy!!! 🤸🏽‍♀️ Mark said Merry Christmas!!!

Our ac was not working so i called Southwest Hvac based on there reviews and pictures of work i saw online. I am so glad that i did! Fabian, there technician knew exactly what was wrong with my system and got us up and running in no time. Thank you southwest. I will definitely call you when its time to service my unit.

My Father called them. They arrived on time as they said, was very honest and ethical, did not take advantage of a senior citizen, changed his filters. Finally a company that I can trust when my Dad is home alone! Thank you.

Southwest HVAC was a great choice. I called in to get my unit serviced and the receptionist was able to get a technician out on the same day. Now my unit is up and running!
