Unreliable and unprofessional. They cannot handle the demand of service calls they get; therefore cancelling and not meeting customers needs is the number # 1 they do now. I totally lost respect for this company and I will never use them again. When you have to follow up with them not once or twice but 3 times to come and service my A/C unit I bought from them made it really clear they can care less of your needs.

They installed a new unit about 3 years ago at my house. That's not the issue--the installation was great and the unit has worked well. The problem with them began when I noticed a couple of small spots on my ceiling. This was on a Friday. I called them several times and the phone just rang busy. I checked the website and it said closed. I tried an after hours number and the person who answered said he would call me Mon. morning after 9:00am and make arrangements to come out. I figured it had to be some sort of leak with the equipment in the attic since I had just had my roof checked. He never called Mon.--I had to phone them after 1:00PM. I was told someone would be out Tues. between 10:00am and noon. I later received a call back that they could not come until Wed.
Forget it ! I called and cancelled and got Dial one who was here at 9:00 Thursday. Gomez offered no reason or even advice on monitoring the air. Realize this all started with them last Friday. Product and installation were wonderful-------customer service sucks !!!

Umm what services does this company provide? I moved into a brand new house, apparently these “professionals” gave the house a thumbs up and reported everything worked. Well, the heating doesn’t! Hasn’t since I moved in 3 weeks ago! Thank god for miniature space heaters because this company is the OPPOSITE of helpful. They have rescheduled twice, now their phones don’t work?!?! Why do I feel like this company is a scam? Their website looks like a pop up virus. Anyways they were supposed to fix my heating for free since they SAID IT WORKED?!?!? Thanks for the Xmas gift of no heat and no reply!!!! Great work ethic!!! I hope you get shut down for lack of service and no concern or care for your customers. I sent my cell, I emailed, I called. NOTHING. Gomez heating and air sucks!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hmmm…may have dodged a bullet. I met with Victor, he seemed very knowledgeable and personable. The project involved an AC installation and duct replacement. Gomez H&AC were referred by a neighbor and based on two other quotes we received, their price was fair. We told him we were going to move ahead with his firm and would like to schedule the install two weeks out. I asked if he would like me to sign and return his quote. He told me just to give it to his guy when they came to do the work. The morning before the project was scheduled to start I called to confirm and requested a copy of the permit and proof of insurance, explaining I did not want to start the project without a permit. Having yet to receive the copy , I called back late that afternoon. The office person explained they had just filed for the permit and had not received the approval yet. I explained that I did not want their asbestos abatement Sub to show up and not be able to work. I then suggested they call their Sub to reschedule and asked that Victor give me a call. The office person called back five minutes later and said Victor didn't want the work any longer. I suppose I should be grateful.

Very unprofessional. Had to reschedule twice due to them not scheduling us as agreed . Technician claimed to change filters but instead left old filters. Technician also claimed for the unit to have been fixed but A/C is still not fixed . Technician price gouged R22 Freon .

This is my go to people when it comes to heating and air. Years ago they installed my unit. They showed up at 7am and by 6pm they left me with a running unit. They were very personal. They cleaned after themselves. Now, years later, I made a call when my thermostat was broken. It's summer and super hot, and they came later that day. Rick was the service man. He was cordial and got to work immediately. I'm truly happy and comfortable in my cool house!

We did not expect we could be able to have an heating and air con unit in our house this summer. My wife and I did a shopping survey for two weeks in all accredited and best company asking of their quotation of installation of this unit in our house. There quote was not satisfying to allocate my fund. Until one of my co-worker mentioned to me about this Gomez company. Where they were the one who installed the same unit in their house. He said it takes only a day to install the unit and all its ancillaries and the cost is affordable. It was the owner of this company who came and checked my house and we were able to settled all issues that will be needed in the contract... right on that hour. Thank you Gomez Heating & Air Con Company.

Had a couple of swamp coolers installed back in June 2021. One didn't work properly so they had to come out and troubleshoot. Now with recent rains I noticed water coming in on the holes they made on roof to install swamp coolers.

I had a system put into one of my rental units less than a year ago. My tenant called and said it was not providing cool air. I called and there technician "Rick" called and said he was to busy to come out that day and would be two days before he could get there. I week later I get a phone call from the office saying that they have the part needed to fix the system , but that I would have to pay $400.00 for the Freon to replace the part. This is absolutely ridiculous. The systems fails in less than a year and the contract states they have 2 year warranty on labor , 10 years on parts, 20 years on the heat exchanger factory warranty. Either the entire system, including the Freon, is under warranty or not. There is no definition of a "part "or the exclusion of Freon as not a "part" in the contract. With out Freon the system does not work. Wouldn't that be considered a "part" if the system can not function without it? I have not had a chance to speak to the owners to set this straight, but as of this writing the the system is not fixed, its been over a week with no air and $400 bill for a 10 m month old system is being requested. I will write a conclusion to this and modify my rating based on the outcome. I am hoping it is a misunderstanding, as I was happy until this point!

Update 6/13/17:
I spoke with Edison Rossman, the Sales Manager. He said it would be taken care of at no charge. It is not done as of yet, but I appreciate them finally getting around to doing the right thing. I gave them a 3 because of the time and inconvenience it has caused me. I had to send them my contract twice, and have been the catalyst for all contacts and driving the resolution. There workmanship seems to be fine and Edison is a nice person to deal with.

Price was right, install was painless, and everyone was nice. One year later the unit had a coolant leak. They came and fixed it, they were nice and on the phone apologetic, most importantly they fixed the problem and didn’t even ask or talk about money. They just quickly fixed and that’s it.
