Downey Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

They are a great company that aims to please its customers. They've fix two plumbing issues for us. They were on time, tidy, and did a great job fixing the plumbing issues. I highly recommend Downey Plumbing and Air.

We have used Downey Plumbing for years and have been nothing but pleased with their services. We've come to know some of the workers such as Juan and Roman. It is unfortunate that we are moving because it will be difficult to find quality service as we have found with Downey Plumbing.

Our service technician was Aaron Gonzales. He is the best, knowledgeable, professional and even cleaned up his work area after the job was complete. He kept us updated on what was going on the entire time with our plumbing issues . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Aaron was quick to respond to our needs, so late at night, he knew exactly what to do , did it and left us with cleared shower drain and the toilet flushed with no more problems. The plumbing service Active Plumbing that came earlier in the day left without solving the problem and he (Freddy) said I needed new pipes going out to the street and that he will come back tomorrow to jet the system. I’m calling to cancel and telling his boss about this issue

We have had to use Downey plumbing a few times and they’ve been great every time. Plumbing issues are never fun but they make it less stressful, they arrive within the time slot they’ve given you , they contact you when they are on their way to your house, they get the job done! Oh and everyone from the office to their plumbing techs have been very friendly . I wish I could give them 10 stars !

Thieves!!!! Incompetence!!!! Crew came in on an emergency, tore up the walls and claimed the leak was at the drain, yet any intelligent person would realize leak can't be there with the water is not flowing. After charging over $3k for completely unnecessary work they claimed a secondary leak. NOT SECONDARY, THE ACTUAL PROBLEM!!!!!

Run from this company, don't make the mistake we did.

And I got the actual problem fixed by an extremely professional plumber for 1/3 the cost I paid for NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Downey Plumbing is our go-to for all our plumbing needs. We discovered them after another plumber left us stranded. We now use them exclusively and you will too! It is easy to get an appointment, their technicians are professional, friendly and explain the issues in an understandable way. Their prices are great and they don’t upsell or pressure you into anything. Do yourself a favor and call Downey first!!

Downey plumbing people are all knowledgeable, polite ,kind , and know exactly what they are doing . They are very reliable . I had a leak underneath my bathroom vanity and fix it right . Thanks to Roman and Jack who come over to my house to fix the problems .

Our water heater went out on the weekend
Downey plumbing was so responsive and the bid came in very reasonable. The tech came out same day and replaced our water heater with very little down time. The job was exactly as quoted. I really appreciated the professionalism of the tech. Thank you Downey plumbing for getting us back up and running, because cold showers are no fun!
