The guys had a hard time removing my old furnace. It took them a while but they were able to get it out and compleated the job the same day. Friendly, hardworking, and clean. A+

Southwest HVAC did an excellent job in installing a new Central Air system in our old house.

We had central heating only, which consisted of an antiquated furnace that, when it came on, was as noisy as a F-16 Jet engine tucked in our hall closet. We called four contractors to get estimates for a new system. Two of them did not returned our calls. So we discussed our requirements with one contractor and Southwest.

Tommy from Southwest gave us a very thorough presentation of what we could expect, how things were going to be done, the types of AC units available, sizes, brands used, and all the costs. The other contractor, while very nice and considerate, did not break down the project with as much detail. So we awarded the contract to Southwest HVAC.

The installation team removed the old furnace from the hall closet and installed the new AC/heater unit in the attic, which makes it whisper quiet. The crew was very professional, courteous, and very efficient. They had to solve various problems with our old house that required thinking outside the box, and in the end, we had a perfectly installed unit with various vents throughout the house.

We are very happy with this new system and we are definitely going to recommend Southwest HVAC to our friends and family for all of their heating and air conditioning needs.

We hired for them to install new AC/ heating system and received 10 years warranty on parts. The fan motor went out after 9yrs and they tried to charged me $699 for the labor to install the fan motor. After the technician changed the fan motor, he told us that qe need to replace the circuit board which is $650 for just for labor. I called the owner, Julio, and he told me the technician made a mistake on estimate. He still charged for $675 for the labor only less than an hour of work.
I'm reporting to consumers affair so it doesn't happen to other innocent consumers.
Try to stay away from this company.

My husband and I recently decided to get A/C in our home. Yay finally, I was so excited!! Income tax refund showed up and what a better way to celebrate and prepare for next summers heat!! :) Anyway, checked on Yelp, and came across Southwest HVAC... Lots of great reviews, maybe we should give it a try. I called and quickly got an appointment from a friendly representative. They came out checked out our home and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with them and I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service, great installation, and now we have A/C & heating!! After our unit was installed we received a follow up call. I don't review much on but I felt so satisfied with the service they provided that I felt the need to write it. Installing AC in your home is a pretty big deal In my mind, especially since it upgrades your home. Thanks Southwest HVAC !

I have used Southwest HVAC for a number of years and love their service. They did the original installation of both heating and air conditioning of my renovation. Since then I have continued to use them regular maintenance. Great family business. Please keep up the great work.
