Southwest HVAC

I have worked with Southwest HVAC for nearly a year now as a vendor and it has been a great experience. The office staff is professional, pleasant and very helpful. We've provide them with a couple different people for staffing support, some worked out whereas others didn't; nonetheless, we were always able to come to the best solution for all involved. Judy and Julio are great to work with and their staff I amazing!

They installed our AC a couple of years ago and when it was on the fritz they came in and fixed it with no drama! We were still in the 2 year warranty. I would def recommend their services to anyone feeling the heat!!!

This is my go-to HVAC company, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. I just had my home HVAC replaced. The project manager was very accessible. The crew was quick, and installation looks great. No need to look elsewhere.

My family and I had been worried about my grandparents and the hot summer temperatures. So I called Southwest HVAC for a quote last summer. They were friendly and very accommodating. They did such a great!!! Their prices are very reasonable and there customer service was excellent. My grandparents absolutely loved the new AC!!! They couldn't stop talking about it. If you are in need of HVAC services, call Southwest, they are amazing and you will be more then happy :)

My new home has a Southwest installed HVAC system installed. Therefor, all warranty repairs must go through them or you will void your warranty.

First - The main gas line into the furnace was leaking gas into the home vents. The Gas Co. Red tagged the furnace. After waiting months after submitting the warranty repair through the home builder, I had to contact Southwest directly as no one had contacted me. A technician repaired the leak. The Gas Co. repairmen told me the assembly of gas pipe leading into the furnace needs to be removed and reinstalled to properly tighten the fixers. After the repair, there are very few tool marks on the pipes and a-lot of sealant glue. ( not sure if this is standard practice or shottie work honestly )

Second - After the repaired gas leak the technician never tested the heater which did not work. He had to then return another day to get the heater actually running.

Third - Couple of months go by again the heater is not working. Stopped heating on a Saturday night. The office is closed on Sundays with no emergency contact. Pretty standard to see 24/7 HVAC repair. after contacting them on Monday a technician is scheduled for Tuesday.

3 days without heat in my home with young kids including a newborn seems kind of unacceptable for a service that is regularly taken care of 24/7. And remember if you call another repair company the warranty for your furnace is rendered invalid.

I called with heating concerns on my
furnace. The installation manager came out and determined that there were flames exposed. Wires which had burned. The very next day installed a new unit. Thanks for saving my life. Edwin, Brian, Kevin, Fabien and Claudia. Your team was great! So professional and affordable. Thanks again

My husband and I had been talking about getting AC for a while now, we finally decided to go through with it, we got 3 estimates and decided to go with Southwest. Their customer service was excellent, they answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the answers. When they came to install our unit the guys were very professional and polite, we could not be happier that we went with them. Thank you Southwest!! We will definately be referring our friends and family.

After a couple months searching for a good quote on AC we found Southwest HVAC to do the installation. Very professional and great customer service. They came in and did a good clean job. We are very happy with the service we got.
