BHI was referred to me by friends 2 1/2 years ago. They installed a brand new A/C unit and ducting. Since then we have used them to replace our water heater, install new shower faucets, repair an outside pipe and maintenance with our A/C and heating unit. Edgar and Daniel were our technicians this morning and we now have the A/C up and running again. They did an excellent job. Edgar always answers my questions and explains everything to me. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. Many thanks to Edgar and Daniel for their hard work this morning, to Stuart for assisting me by phone a couple of weeks ago, and to Gary for calling me yesterday and explaining what they were going to do. KUDOS BHI!!!!

Nothing but extremely good service. The plumbers were clean and neat. 20 and 17 years experience. They were very clear in explaining their plan of action and provided an estimate. Got right to work, cleaned out the clog on the main line from my house to the city sewer line. The then sent a camera down the line to show how clean it was and gave me confidence in their effectiveness. Originally the dispatcher said it would take until the next day to come out. I explained my situation with more detail -not just a "clogged fixture: open sewage on the ground- and the dispatcher was great and was able to get a service truck out in 90 minutes. I will recommend them to anybody I know with a plumbing problem.

Dave and Justin did great work. They were fast, friendly, and responsive. Quality work for a great price. They replaced our water pressure regulator quick. Thanks!!!

Leo with BHI was punctual and very professional when he inspected our home. He patiently walked me through the house and explained what he was looking for/at and made suggestions deemed necessary. BHI was able to come diagnose our AC unit the same day, which happened to be a Saturday. Unfortunately, they had to order the manufacturers part, but 1st thing Monday morning, they secured the part and they were at my house later that morning to install and fix our AC unit. Leo was on time and professional. I would recommend BHI if you need service.

Leo was on time and in and out in 40 minutes fixing our AC unit! He saved us from a hot upcoming weekend!! Will always use them.

It was worth the wait BHI and Leo the technician took care of my problems in minutes and serviced the AC system. I woke up to a nightmare on Friday night when the AC system was leaking water thru my ceiling onto the floor of my house. Leo unclogged the pipe adjusted the drain and cleaned out the unit outside now I can safely use my AC system again and its working much more efficiently. Best part it only cost 80$ which isn't too bad really.

Associate of business Leo came out and helped with AC maintenance. Happy with service came early before notification of arrival time. Explained to me in details of what needs to be done and upcoming maintenance should consider. Great service! Will continue to use company for AC and plumbing needs!

Very nice system. Installation took only 5 hours. And the system is great so far. Friendly staff and answering all my questions.
