Great experience. BHI responded quickly to the request for information, set an appointment for the same day and were able repair a bad blower motor for our HVAC system. The service person, Leo, was very professional. Highly recommended!

Luis did an amazing job! He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable as he replaced a toilet for us, making sure we were happy with his work. He was also careful to not stain or damage carpeting in any way.

FAN-TASTIC!!!’ I would recommend BHI to be your first and only call for service. The whole crew are professional and courteous. From the gal that answers the phone to the techs like Leo,John and Gary. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. They will always be my number one choice for service from here on out. Well, I'm pleasantly surprised and stand corrected...
After seeing my original post, (below) Gary, w/ BHI called, apologized and offered to discount their service for any inconveniences.
He also admitted his technician could have made things go smoother. Hey, we all make mistakes...I'm very impressed with how Gary handled my situation...very classy and pro! I feel confident that I can trust BHI with any future plumbing issues...

BHI was recommended to me by a family friend. Initially, they were quite responsive and diligent about addressing a costly water main leak. However, per my tenants, the crew left the sod uncovered and in sloppy condition after replacing the pipe from the meter to the property. After replacing the main, the tenants complained about low water pressure. I was quoted $750.00 to replace the bathroom and Kitchen faucets, as the repaired pipe probably caused debris to clog system. I replaced the old faucets myself for $125.00...the low pressure was due to the newly installed pressure regulator that I simply adjusted to the tenant's liking. Hmmm...not gonna call'em back...

BHI - Local, Reliable, and personable there team came out to replace my water heater because of its age and they were done within two hours. Extremely fair pricing. Thanks guys! will use and recommended for future work.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They took the time to explain everything very clearly, knocked out the work and provided a quote for another job at the same time. Also, they were extremely professional and polite. Not only will I use them for work with my ducting, anytime I have an issue going forward, I will be using BHI.

I called BHI yesterday and they showed up today (actually called me and asked if they could come earlier than promised which I LOVED!). They reprised a major leak in our main line servicing our church buildings. Very professional and very good work! I will call them again.

Everything that transpired from the moment I requested service from the chat with Gary through to the AC tech Leo was awesome! Not only did I find them friendly and informative but also looking out for me, the consumer, to save me from unnecessary charges.

Matthew, from BHI Plumbing came and addressed a leak in my bathroom. He was really informative, really helpful in preparing me in what to expect. Completed the job in a matter of hours. Overall, was amazing in how he handled my situation. Overall a really positive experience.

My work in Corona needed a plumber because our bathrooms were backed up. I found BHI on Yelp. They responded quickly and they sent out Billy one of their plumbers. He was able to unclog our bathroom drains. He also fixed a leaky faucet we had in our women's bathroom. When he finished he cleaned up his work area. Billy was very professional the entire time. I would use BHI again and recommend them to others. Good job!
