GREAT experience with BHI! I originally requested a quote via Yelp and they were extremely responsive and helpful. My tech was on top and he answered all my questions thoroughly and did a much more thorough job servicing our AC unit than the last company we hired. I will be using BHI again!

I called BHI to repair my AC that wasn’t working properly and they showed up the next morning. Fernando arrived on time and made sure to do a thorough analysis before making a diagnosis. He was very polite and friendly. Overall, great work and great service. Glad to have our AC up and running again. We will be sure to call BHI again when we need maintenance. Highly recommend!

My tenant contacted me yesterday saying the water heater was leaking. We contacted a company that changed our service to 4 hours later and due to the nature that wasn't acceptable. I turned to Yelp and looked for a company who was able to come first thing in the morning.
The manager Stuart promptly sent a message saying they can have someone sent. I get a text message from them scheduling the appointment and who to expect.
Matt was our repair guy and he was fantastic. Not only did he call me to let me know he was on the way to my rental but arrived early.
He assessed the repairs and gave us options. They have a great invoice system and text. His customer service skills and professionalism was welcomed and he got the job done timely.

Our water heater started leaking substantially on a Sunday night and we called BHI to ask for emergency service. They were very friendly, prompt, and professional, even with the after hours call. Matthew arrived within 30 minutes of our call to assess the damage and by 3pm the next day we had a new unit installed and our 25 year old main water valve and pressure regulator was fixed as well. He even went the extra mile and fixed up the water heater stand that had been damaged. We're very happy with the work and will definitely use their services again!
