They were great at diagnosing a leak that was coming from overflow in bathtub. The gasket was not sealed correctly during bathroom remodel from another company. The price was good and they didnt try to charge more after realizing they had to go through wall to replace instead of tub. They were efficient with the work and precise with cutting the wall (which the other company will repair since they do not do patchwork). They even showed me the original gasket and how it was incorrectly set and caulked. They are also very responsive and professional to work with.

We have nothing but good things to say about Henley’s Plumbing services in San Bernardino and their staff. Justin and his crew arrived on time each day they came to repair our sewer line issues, and a few other items as well. They were all very pleasant, respectful of our property, and most of all, are very knowledgeable about their work. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family for plumbing and HVAC service.

Justin was very quick and helpful with installing a brand new toilet in my restroom. The super old toilet that I had was leaking consistently so Justin offered to go out and buy a brand new toilet for me and install it which i greatly appreciated since i know nothing about toilets and wouldn’t have even known what kind to buy. He was extremely friendly and professional and i am very grateful for the excellent service.

Unnecessary changing of angle stop causing extra time and extra expenditure. Kitchen faucet installation costed me $650 which certainly is little too much.

I recently had BHI replace my HVAC system. Their quote is the best quote I received so far. They were very fast in response and clarify any questions I asked about the system. On the day of installation, Nick and Edgar team were onsite and they finished the whole installation in few hours. They were clean with their job and professional as well.

Chris, Ben and their crew did a great professional job in repiping my water supply line from the meter to the faucet with the pressure release valve, boring under my concrete driveway. Fast, clean, professional, prompt and no hassle. We didn’t even have to be present.

They were so kind and gave us different options to choose from. The young men were very polite, especially Alex. He offered to carry my groceries in. I felt very comfortable and the work was fast and done with integrity.

This is the second time I’ve used Henley’s and I’m sure it won’t be the last. They’re are very customer service oriented and friendly! It’s nice to know that there’s a reliable place to call when the plumbing has problems!
