My technician Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. My air conditioning issue was fixed in a very timely manner with multiple options of finding a solution. Tyler was patient and friendly. Great technician and phenomenal work ethic. This company did a great job hiring this guy. Will do business with this company in the future.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and insightful. He worked quickly to find a resolution to the issue and was able to discuss the concerns in laypersons terms so I can as able to understand what was wrong and what was needed to fix the issue. Tyler was also very thorough and thoughtful - after the repair was technically complete, there was a rattle coming from the unit that he didn’t want to leave me stuck with so he worked diligently to determine the cause and was able to stop the noise, despite the fact that he didn’t have to do so since the repair was technically complete. Thanks again!

Tyler and Jon were the Technicians that came out to install our new air conditioning system. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and confidently answered all of our questions regarding HVAC. Before today, we went 2 solid weeks without AC. Our thermostat was reading an inside air temperature of 89°. I highly recommend Jon and Tyler of Matrix HVAC Inc. If you cannot get Jon and Tyler specifically, don't you worry..

Anthony and Jose showed up on time and were kind and polite. They installed a new ac unit, kept the area clean and were respectful. They put my patio furniture back when they were done. Kept me informed with the process and were all together great techs.
