Gilbert came out to give a quote on two plumbing issues in my house, and I couldn't be happier with how clearly he communicated about the issues, and the potential costs. I really felt he cared that I got the right work done and wasn't wasting my money. I'll definitely be calling on him again.

Ozzy was very knowledgeable and did the installation seamlessly. He was very friendly and worked really fast and efficient. Gave us discount too.

Their chat was not coordinated with actual scheduling. When the plumber finally came out he did not have the equipment needed to flush my tankless water heater. He said he would come out the next morning but almost three hours into the morning I have not heard from him. Their scheduling and service leaves a lot to be desired. Their email ad was confusing and hard to read. Find a more reliable service than these guys. I would give them zero stars if allowed

Albert was great! He arrived on the same day pretty quickly, and stayed after repairing my thermostat to test it multiple times to make sure it fully worked.

I used a deal they had advertised for plumbing camera and cleaning $89 and Sean at the end wanted 270! and kept saying because he located the pipe which took a second and didn't do any clearing. He was mad and "wanted just to get out of here"

Had an issue of ticking noise in bathroom ....after going through several other plumbers. Power Pro Pluming found the problem and repair was done the same day and the area was left spotless. Five Star Ranking!!!!

Avoid at all costs! Scammy and unhelpful! The good reviews here must be fake. Check out their Yelp for more accurate reviews (numerous 1-star reviews/reports of scamming).

Our 4-year-old furnace stopped working, so we called for a tech to diagnose the issue. The tech didn't inspect the furnace but instead quoted us $7000 to replace all the internal components (or $5000 + an indefinite annual service membership for a new unit) because he saw dust. Our furnace is relatively new so we didn't purchase. We had to pay $80 for this "diagnosis" though. We ended up fixing the furnace ourselves a couple days later with a $4 part purchased off the internet. (We are NOT HVAC trained, just figured it out from YouTube).
