Eddie, check the plumbing went over minor area in master bathroom otherwise the plumbing work is fine.

I suffered a break in my main sewage line that made for a very difficult situation on Saturday. Rickey Bates showed up and took a messy situation into a plan to fix the problem and, more importantly, make sure the problem doesn't have a chance to repeat. I appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism.

I am not very knowledgeable about plumbing besides when things are not working. Rickey and the team that followed explained every step so well that I almost felt confident to do it myself. Of course, confidence does not take the place of skill. Power Pro has the skill, tools, and personnel that make a major repair a piece of cake. Highly recommended!

We were having work done in our home when our washer pipes began overflowing.. long story short- we needed someone to come see what was causing it to overflow. We found them on Google and were able to have someone do a free consult on the day of. They sent Aaron to do the work, who was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable, as he answered all my questions. We ended up having him do the work while he was here (there's a 30day warranty). There's always some level of comfort when they go above and beyond explaining (as they show you). Definitely keeping their number on my contacts for future use.

I work a Home Depot where this install was fine. Juan did an excellent job and was very thorough. However, the office who dispatched him, failed to advise him he needed to pick up the toilets from The Home Depot which I had paid for that service. This resulted in wasting his valuable time. In addition, it would have been very helpful if when the appointment was confirmed, to advise me, the client, what additional parts the installer would need and prefer to use. This didn't happen resulting in me, the client, having to leave my house, go back to Home Depot to get the correct parts... again wasting Juan's time. In the end, he did a great job installing 2 toilets. I was very happy with his service and expertise. Juan didn't complain about the inconvenience, just completed my install. Even Home Depot want able to tell me what parts to buy. Truly needs to be far more organized.

Family called due to a busted heater. In winter, not that fun to have so, we called a few places and decided to go with Pro Plumbing. The rep (Niko) was SUPER friendly, very professional, and honest in what it is that we needed to fix. I highly recommend using this company. Two thumbs up.

This is a review as to scheduling and customer service not the quality of the service, which I did not receive. I made an appointment with this company to repair my heat. The appointment was set days out. They canceled on me the day of TWICE. On the second time, they canceled after repeatedly postponing throughout the day. When I asked when the earliest they could get someone out to my house would be, after flaking twice, they told me their earliest availability wouldn’t be for over a week. I would think that after you cancel on someone repeatedly, you’d have the courtesy to prioritize their rescheduling but I guess not. Not professional at all.
