We needed our toilet replaced and I was dreading the whole ordeal but Juan Martin was super professional. It took him just a little over an hour, which was awesome because we need the toilet :)! It also looks great, he was very neat and detailed to make sure it was installed perfectly. I would definitely recommend Power Pro Plumbing and I would ask for Juan Martin! Thank you!

Guadalupe, Juan, and Fide did an amazing job! They repiped our home and provided excellent professional workmanship. What could’ve taken days, they handled in just two! I’m very happy with their service (and so is my family). In a similar vein, I’m very happy with the service and support Arnulfo, Mauricio, and Bryant provided, as they helped get this project to the finish line!

Luis came to my house to evaluate my HVAC system. He took his time to check my concerns. Most importantly for me, he educated me on the various systems in my HVAC so that I knew exactly what it was that we were addressing. He provided recommendations along with estimates for the work that needed to be done. I appreciate when I am told what's the problem and what needs to be done to address it effectively and Luis did that.

Joe arrived on time to service my water heater. He went to work immediately and completed his task. While completing his task he told me of some ways that I could preserve the life of my water heater which I appreciate very much. I found Joe to be professional, informative and friendly.

Luis is an excellent technician very responsible and professional and excellent employee with Power Pro plumbing who went above, and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my air conditioner was not leaking as I had presumed it to be. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Quick response. Efrain Dominguez came out the next morning. Fixed a ticking noise we had when turning hot water on in bathroom. Five other plumbers were not able to determine source. Efrain was very pleasant, polite and professional His prep and clean up were excellent. So happy to have found him. Five stars across the board!

I had contacted the HVAC service company who does the maintenance for our building as well as Power Pro. They were the first to respond back over the weekend and secured a time the very next day. It was reasurring to have a company that is not just responsive with answering service but most importantly experienced and professional technicians like Albert Gomez. The company also sends a text with the name and photo of the technician and ETA. This is also reasurring confirming who is coming to your home. Albert was patient to explain the issues with my tenant and gave me a peace of mind knowing that they also stand behind their work. It did not take him too much time to diagnose and fix the issue. Not having to wait for any parts or another visit. Everything was resolved on this one trip. Such that if there may be an unforseen problem that may come up, I can rely on them.

I appreciated the way the company introduced the service technician by way of an email prior to my appointment. The email included a picture and a little background information about the technician, which was a great icebreaker. Eddie was my technician, he was professional, knowledgeable and worked swiftly to resolve my plumbing issue. I am very pleased at the outcome.

Ozzy did excellent work by himself. Replacing the water heater and removing the old unit, he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He is very skilled and would welcome him back anytime we need service.

Jovanie arrived on time to give me an estimate. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He taught me a lot about the process of the work needed and even gave some insightful info on other projects I was planning.The estimate was reasonable . I haven’t made a decision yet but I will seriously consider him based on his demeanor , the thorough inspection and the valuable info he provided me.
