We had a mystery gas leak and had our service shut down. After multiple plumbers and tests could not find the leak, Power Pro brought out their A-team and spent several hours sleuthing with me to identify the likely sources, and miraculously found & fixed it. They were super knowledgeable and helpful...and saved us from a very costly project that most likely would not have even solved the issue they found. Professional and responsive!

As a first time customer, Joshua Trinh the technician was very much helpful with insight on the diagnosis of our house's heating system. He was very professional and was able to make a quick immediate repair on what was necessary. Did not have any issues in regards to Power Pro's services!

Albert inspected our heating system and provided great information about the state of the system and what we should to keep it in good running order. He is honest and professional. We signed up for the yearly service plan and will request Albert specifically when we schedule the maintenance calls.

Joshua, the technician was excellent! He arrived on time, efficiently diagnosed the problem, then recommended multiple options to fix the problem.

When Joshua fixed the problem, his work was neat. He checked to ensure the repair solved the problem then suggested things we could do to keep our heater unit in top shape.
