It’s almost 4hr for just 2 pallets nd light 💡 still green too much waiting very very bad experience.

Wastes lots of time! This is one of the worst shippers in Salinas. Had many problems with them several times. They lie and blame driver never take responsibility. Very rude unprofessional staff.

I called them at 2pm and asked them about 8pm appt and they said you can check in till 9pm. After i get here around 8:20 they said we gonna take you as walk ins..i said i called u guys and he relplied i was not here at that time and the person whom you talk to is gonna be here tmrw and u can come and talk to him.i keep waiting and called them around 12 midnight for an update and they said there is one truck in front of you and next is your turn and i fall asleep and when i wake up around 4am. There is noone here.that's really crazy.so b aware guys..
Little update. Following morning they want me to reschedule appt and check in with new appt time again.. b careful fellow truckers.

Yeah this place is a joke. Pickup or deliver. Should be out of business but probably charge low rates for cross docks

Would give zero if I could. Been here several times, every time is the same, check in 60 minutes before my appointment time. Finally get a call for a dock at least 3 hours after the appointment time. Then sit in dock for 3-5 hours for 4 pallets. This time really takes the cake though. After they made me too late for my final stop last night, they inform me that although they have the rest of my order, they cannot finish loading me until morning because of a problem with their paperwork. So I pick up my last stop first thing in the morning and come back once they call me. Now they want to charge ME for moving the pallets on the truck after THEIR mistake. I told them no, and to contact their customer, instead they refused to load it. I left. These guys are the absolute worst shipper in the area. That didn’t even get into the horrible lot where you wait, the disgusting ports johns they make you use, or how rude the employees are.

This place is a disaster no management at all why go by appointment if first come fist Serve to pick up couple pallets takes about 6 hrs manager should be fired right on the spot no respect for TRUCKERS AT ALL

Negative stars . They hold you in their parking yard for 6 hours and than let you wait 4 hours on their dock to load only couple pallets . They will eat all your time drivers and you will miss your next picks that’s will cost you . Beware before coming here .
