Arriver here late 1.40 minutes than appointment they reject to load say make new appointment. We made new appointment next day for 07.15.2022 at 2 PM. Than I checked in 11 Am. Lots of time ask by phone is my product ready, say we are wating product. After 5.00 pm get call for door meas 3.00 hr late. So what we need to do with this sipper. Their is no 0 star option. Other wise I give 0 or -10. LOADING done in 26 hrs.

Place is horrible. Many many hours waiting after appointment times but don't be late to check in or you wait till next day. 12 to 36 hours have been common at this location. It's all lies from the office people. No food not even taco trucks to serve drivers.

People who are coming here for their first time make sure to remove your load bars before backing into a dock. Otherwise they will keep them. They did this to me and my friend.

If you are a owner operator try not to deal with them. Worst place ive ever received from.

Omg. These people are horrible. waiting here since 13 hrs. no washroom nothing. They think we are not humans. They are busy in their phones and chatting rather than doing the paperwork. pisssed off man. Never coming here again.

Don’t waste your time to come this location Firstly Always go the location 10735 Ocean Mist Pkwy, Castroville,ca . Five minutes from this location. See the guard shack, and check In there. Then you’ll get a call for door, then you can come here. Thanks

Worst place to pickup waited 3 hours for door 2 hours on dock still they saying product not ready it’s just 3 skids.

Check In office for shipping is 10735 Ocean Mist Parkway. Castroville CA. Dnt miss your appointment they won’t load you. I was late 1:30 minutes ..got held at Nunas cooling forever. They load fast once you get dock door. Green light go to shipping office for bills dnt wait for ph call. Also Dock Door Has Concrete Side. They’re TESTING Your Skills. GOD Bless Swift driver if they ever come here.

First of all they gave us confirmed appointment then when we arrived here then they said the customer is incorrect/invalid then they said your product is not available you will get soon we waited almost more then 30 hours then they gave us the load and also they soo rude. Whenever you got load pickup from here try to avoid.
