Once you know how to check in its not a bad spot. A two step process. Once you bump the dock fast loading. Long wait for the phone call to the dock

Worst place ever. Don't come here. They would take 4 hours for chek in, 6 hour for get you load and another 2 hours for your paperwork.

Almost 12 hours waiting never give the door ,I’m never come again bad service 👎👎👎

I wont say they are too good for appointment and loading time or else.
But its okk they are not that bad, and now they have a new parking lot pretty big n nice, so just check in n wait there until they give u a door, then straight from the parking lot u go to the door, its about 900 meters.

Coastal Cooling loads check in at Ocean Mist down the street (Ocean Mist pkwy). There's a dirt lot with parking and porta-johns at OM. CC has a few spaces for trucks to park as well. Loaded pretty quick, just be on time for your appointment.

Take to much time to complete the load. I have to wait too long after appointment time and most of the time reason was the product is not ready 👎🏻

It's a dance of semis when the "appointment time" arrives. Nothing clearly marked, but that's not unusual for this area. Your GPS will route you in backward for the entrance, because it's easier to turn left at the Blackie St light, but drive down to the next street and turn left and you'll be at the check in door and staged for docking.
These fools are temperamental and petty, hopefully your company pays detention and layover.

Horrible place. Don’t ever go to load here. Been here 30 hours and they still can’t even give me an eta for when we’ll be loaded and unfortunately we got part of the load on and we can’t leave. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It’s not worth the headache. The rudest people you will ever deal with.

Appointment at 1600 Checked in at 1500 was told product was here will call put at door Call in1800 was then told product was not here would not get here till 1900. 2000 Product was in will be next at door are at 2200 7other trucks have left parking lot still sitting here

Get door after 14 hour and now still waiting on door 4 hour to they not start loading yet
Please don’t come here
They only take with appointment , if you are late they don’t check-in after cheak-in you have to wait
