Worst place..... checked in at 6:00 Pm got the dock at 12:00 Am . Loading was completed at 5:00 Am. Missed appointment for the next shipper. Do not pick at this location. Horrible experience it was.

2000 appointment time, didnt get a door until 2245. Made me late for next appointment. Leaders don't care how they load and the dispatch folks are rude as hell.

Shipper workers are not helpful and they have bad attitude . I came 5 minutes late of my appointment and they scheduled it till next day at noon They deserve no even one star 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We go here to pick up part of our load, product, for delivery. It takes them a little while to get us loaded, but they do a good job.

Very long waiting at the staging area to get load.i came at 10 am. Its 2pm now still waiting for my load.

Serious lack of professionalism they sent you another location to check in by the time you get and to check in by the time you get there you 2 minutes before your pick up time it's 2 minutes before your pick up time and they tell you you're late you have to stay on the property to the following morning to get a new appointment it's all a morning to get a new appointment time when you get a new appointment when you get a new appointment time you told the back you told the back into the distort too stay there we will call you when your load is ready It's not the case I had to Chase them down to find out if my trailer was damaged or what the deal was there was damage or what the deal was set there for 5 hours for to get a 1/2 a trailer loaded to get a 1/2 a trailer loaded lazy useless people

First of all when you go to check in they'll send you to another place to do so , very slow process, be ready to wait.

Hey its a cooler what more you want you may or may not wait. It's a lot better than some I've been to

This place don't keep there appts they haven't a clue on what an appt even is. No Parking they send you to a dirt lot when full you can not turn around in you have to back up into a busy street. Not to safe for drivers or traffic ☹
