Good place to load it's a bit on the snug side to back in but we've all seen worse. They have an excellent staging area about 3 blocks up the street, that's where you check in and wait.

Horrible check out office. The check out office employees are very rude and disrespectful. When checking in they send you to another location to check in and you have to wait another 60 minutes to check in. They take a very long time to call you up to a door. They also always say they don’t know when they will load you and take really long to load up your trailer. Horrible service, check out employees have a bad attitude always, disrespectful.

Check in location is different and you will get all the time to rest in your truck because they take all the time to give you the door and to load you up.

Embarrassing level of service. Arrived 1.5 hours before my appointment time and waited 6 hours past my appointment time for 5 pallets (more like 4.5 pallets) of product. Also took them 1.5 hours to load the 5 pallets. If you have the choice, just avoid doing business with this place.

Not really sure why people have had issues here. I arrived at 5am for a 10am appointment. Checked in at 715am, was given a dock door right away. Full load of strawberries. Loaded in less than and hour.

I was polite and professional with the lady at the window. Please and thank you go a long ways.

They have room for 3 trucks to park on the side and maybe 3 or 4 in front of the docks across the road.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD. This place is extremelly strict with their appointments, to the point that if you arrive 10 minutes late they will have you make another appointment. Once you have your appointment they don't give you the door to load/unload at the time of your appointment, they gave us a door 1 hour and a half after our appointment and because we called asking for it even thought they said they we going to call us to let us know. On top of all that they have a horrible attitute, very disrespectful of people's time and extremelly rude.

First time going there, walked up to window, took about 2 minutes to get helped.
I was in n out in about 40 minutes, pretty impressive. Parking a little tight, but there's always a way. Clean bathrooms, nice.

The check in is at ocean mist street at the end of it.you can turn on reefer when they call you to come to dock..fast loading when you get the door

6 pm appointment, get door around 7:30 pm, check back with shipping office at 9:30 pm to get told 20 minutes. It’s now 10:44 pm missed my appointment at Taylor Farms in Salinas. Will have to try and find parking until I get a new appointment at Taylor Salinas.

Upon arrival, i check in there at 8:31AM Monday and On Tuesday around 7:30AM. They told me the load was cancelled.
