Used Skyrocket twice. First for water heater repair, they came same day and David cleaned thermopile, so boiler has fixed fast. Another time my refrigerator stopped cooling, another guy came and replaced relay on it. Same day fix. Highly recommend this company!

Outstanding! I liked everything - from the call to Skyrocket to the work of the master and communication with the company. Polite staff, by phone, by correspondence. Answer all questions. Rather, they ask questions themselves so that I can more easily explain what happened to my heater. Repairman - a young guy, pleasant to talk to. At the end of the repair, we communicated with him as good friends. Although during work he was focused and was not distracted either by conversations or by a smartphone. Well done! Our situation wasn't typical. We have a cafe in Santa Clara. And in one part the cold air stopped blowing. We called a technician from one company, but he could not do anything. Then we called Skyrocket. Despite being very busy, they took the time to stop by and see what was the matter. We have an old air conditioner and it turned out that we have a difficult case. Great difficulty also with air ducts. As a result, the technician made the diagnostics, but refused to repair. But he was a decent guy and did not take money for diagnostics. Thank you for responding, but it is a pity that you could not help.

We have a small cafe&bar in Palo Alto. We have air conditioning there. Recently, visitors have begun to complain that hot air is going somewhere, and somewhere just the opposite is barely cool. We began to check ourselves, and everything was confirmed. We began to look for a company that already has experience with commercial HVAC. We were advised to call Skyrocket. The guys conducted a complete inspection of the system and ducts. There were several problems, so after diagnosis and preliminary repairs, we agreed that they would drive up the next day to fix everything. The repair time was chosen so that there was a minimum of visitors. We are very grateful to Skyrocket!

We have a small cafe in North San Jose, CA. We were expecting inspections and the day before it our customers complained that the air conditioning was not working in the corner to the right of the bar. We called Skyrocket. Fortunately, no repair was required. they set up the system so that the cold air is evenly distributed throughout the room . Just in case, made maintenance of air conditioning.It took 40 minutes to work. Servicing a commercial unit costs more than for private individuals -keep this in mind. But I was alerted by the phone operator about this. Prices are average, I can not say that it was expensive. Thanks for taking the time!

Skyrocket - Great company! My new AC system at a rental property froze up and weren't able to get any cool air. I asked a tech from Skyrocket to come and check it. George opened system up and found a huge iceberg on the condenser. He had smth special to melt it. He checked the system out and started to fill the coolant. He finished the job fairly quickly! I can recommend them!

I had some problems with heating, so Skyrocket supposed it was due to thermostat. They offered to replace electronic control pannel to make my hvac more efficient. So they fixed everything. My home heating and cooling system is ready for another 20+ years. I have only compliments for Skyrocket for their professionalism, dedication to the job, and respectfulness.

Hi from Santa Clara!My GE AC was working fine then the cooling weakened, it happened in the evening. Then it was barely cooler than ambient air. I called Skyrocket hvac repair the next day, 'cuz nothing changed with my AC.The technician seemed to be smart and experienced in such cases. He found a leak in my AC. He welded it and filled the system with R22. I payed for nitrogen test, welding and freon. The diagnosis was free. They told me their rules by the phone and it worked.Fair price and prompt repair - that's why i recommend Skyrocket!

Appealed to the guys from Skyrocket about my fridge. Appointed a date when the repairman will come to the diagnosis. Before the diagnosis, it was not clear what was broken and how much it would cost. Therefore, I was offered to pay $70, but if they then repair the refrigerator, then these $70 will be credited to the cost of repair. I was ready on Monday to take a repairman, but they called me in the morning and said that they would have to postpone the visit until tomorrow. I really did not like it. But the next day the repairman came on time and quickly made a diagnosis. He said that nothing needs to be replaced, but we need to clean the drainage pipes and do something else. I said: do it. And he quickly coped with the work. It was evident that he had already done it a hundred times. This rehabilitated the Skyrocket in my eyes. So I put 4 stars, minus a star for the date delayed.

I needed a/c repair and found Skyrocket. My Bryant a/c stopped cooling. Compressor fan blade was running, fuses are OK, thermostat is OK, but no cold air. They told me that it could be a motor issue or lack of freon. The guy from your company checked the motor and the compressor first, it was OK. Than he checked the pressure and refilled freon. The price was fair: labor fee and for the coolant (per pound). Quality job, highly recommend!
