Skyrocket HVAC Repair installed my air conditioner. Air ducts had to be reinstalled. So there was a lot of work, it took two days. You put the air conditioner not for a couple of years, but for 15-20 years, so everything should be installed properly. I asked a lot of questions to David. Together we chose a place for the installation of condensers. I traced David to carefully isolate the external wiring of the outdoor unit. But he did even better than I hoped. Attention to detail is very valuable in such work. I am impressed with the work of Skyrocket and even entered into a contract with them to service the air conditioner. Definitely recommend them!

I'm a single mom and we don't have any hot water in the house because our heater stopped working. It's awful when you have 2 children! I have a Kenmore Power Mister 9 water heater, and the pilot light won't stay on. My dad said it could be the burner, has ordered the part, but he's not sure. So I called Skyrocket to fix the heater as soon as possible. It turned out my dad was right. So the tech from Skyrocket replaced the part and tuned everything professionaly. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and immediately knew what the fix was upon seeing our unit. I'm definitely requesting him again for our next job. my heat pump broke down. I followed good practice and contacted several companies: two larger hvac repair firms with a lot of advertising in bay area, and some small ones, including Skyrocket. Dave from Skyrocket was able to quickly come to my house and discussed the options with my family in a clear and logical way. He provided several estimates for me, without any of the high mark-ups that I have seen before. Dave is very competent. He is well-versed in the spare parts market and is aware of the advantages and disadvantages of various models of heat pumps.

Hi there, I had some problems with my washing machine, so I started looking for service on Yelp and found Skyrocket Repair. Their customer service exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t expecting it was possible that they can repair the same day, but I called in the morning, and by the evening they had arrived. They had lots of necessary parts in the car, but it turned out that my detail was rare and they did not have it. That’s why they came the next day again with this part! Their manager actually apologized and to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily the supervisor called me. He told me about the warranty and he was very respectful and friendly. So I give 5 stars, I love Skyrocket!

We recently moved in and immediately got an issue with the old heater. George came and we were surprised how gentle, polite and professional technician can be! He replaced gas valve and we saw how difficult this job is, gas valve stuck and it was almost impossible to get rid of old sealant on pipes. but he finally did it. Thank you George and Skyrocket!

Hi! I have a house in San Mateo. I needed to remove my old furnace and install a new one. I asked for a quote on Yelp and got hte estimation from Skyrocket in some 10 minutes! It was awesome! I received a phone call from Skyrocket who answered all my questions and was very professional. George was great to work with, professional, knowledgeable and great. He explained what we can do to extend the life of our furnace, how we can care for it, improvements we can make if we want to upgrade, etc. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Skyrocket was able to come out quickly (literally the same day) and resurrect my dead A/C. It was a extremely hot day (90s) and having young kids and pets in the house, getting the A/C back on was a huge priority for us. David was able to come out and quickly triage and diagnose the underlying issue.

I called Skyrocket repair & made appointment yesterday morning and asked to visit me the same day, the tech arrived at 4.30PM. He spent the rest of the day troubleshooting issues with my hvac. He obviously knew the system inside and out. but there were several troubles, that's why it took some hours. From this interaction with this company, I would recommend Skyrocket repair to everyone here. They exceeded my expectations!

the fridge began to flow, decided to call the techs. I read some reviews about Skyrocket HVAC Repair, and decided to call them. A tech David arrived the day after call (Santa Clara). He made a diagnosis on the spot and explained the reasons of the issue. Replaced not only the gasket, but also readjust the thermostat, it turned out to be a "curve" too. I payed for the labor and new parts and received another consultation on the use of the refrigerator. I was pleased, thanks David. I am writing a review after a month, when I am convinced that everything works.
