My AC stopped cooling. It was slowly temperature dropping. Then it was only blowing warm air. I asked for a quote and received a prompt reply from Skyrocket. But it wasnt so obvious what was wrong in my AC. They needed to send the tech for diagnostics.
i payed $70 for diagnostics. It was in the evening and we had to make an appointment for another day to have the job done. The next day the repair was finished, I payed for it and had a discount for the diagnostics $70. It was so nice.
I liked their attitude to their job. The tech did his job carefully neatly and thoroughly. I'll call Skyrocket again to do the AC maintenance!

Skyrocket Repair highly values its reputation. Everything they do, they try to do perfectly well! This is felt in everything: how they talk to you on the phone, how they try to find a convenient repair time, warn about the cost of repairs and possible additional costs (cost of spare parts, waiting time for spare parts). They have neat and polite masters. Repairmen do not smoke and do not arrange breaks in work on "smoke". They clean up after themselves all the garbage, which happens during repair. I know about everything not by hearsay! I had to use the services of Skyrocket three times! Yes, yes, three times I was let down by appliances in my small restaurant. We have not only professional ovens, as everyone thinks. We have dishwashers and even a couple of our own washers and dryers so that the tablecloths on your tables were always clean! All this must be monitored and all this has to be repaired. And here Skyrocket helped me a lot! After the second call, we have already concluded a service contract with them, now they come to me as a matter of priority. And every time I am very pleased with their work!

Called Skyrocket to install the furnace. Phoned several companies. Everywhere the nearest installation date was a week later. Skyrocket offered to come in 2 days. But the next day they called me and asked to postpone the installation date for another 2 days. I had to agree, although I really did not like it. Fortunately, the date was no longer transferred. And on Thursday, two guys came to install the furnace. The guys did a great job. The furnace is amazing, the house has become warm and cozy. But I give 4 starsto Skyrocket for the date transfer. It is clear that the guys have a lot of orders, but this does not comfort me. Thank you for warning in advance about moving the date of installation.

Our house is full of children, and like all of them, they constantly break something. This time they got our air conditioner. Of course they twisted all the settings on the control unit. Not for the first time. But this time it was fatal for the air conditioner - we could not adjust everything again. They also managed to throw something into the fan. The fan was spinning somehow, occasionally making a rattle. Had to call repairmen! Something else can be repaired by myself, but only a specialist can fix everything that children have done. Therefore - Skyrocket! And now only Skyrocket! We quickly made an appointment, and the technician arrived on time. First, he took up the disassembly of the fan. He had to replace the impeller, bearing and some other parts. Then, when the system became operational, he set up the thermostat. Everything works as before, and we are very pleased and grateful to Skyrocket!

How did I find Skyrocket? I saw their ad about furnace repair for $245. I had problems with the heater (although it was still working), but I still postponed the call of the master, because I was afraid that there would be an expensive repair. But when I learned that there were fixed prices in Skyrocket, I immediately called them, clarified the details and arranged the visit of the master. For the diagnostics came David. I immediately liked him, he is a very nice guy in communication. After the diagnosis, David replaced the Fan limit control. I paid as agreed - 245 for repairs and another for spare parts. I am pleased with the repair, Skyrocket and David and I can recommend them to everyone!

New Year is a time for good deeds! Skyrocket does good deeds, and I promised them to leave a review about it! It so happened that my washing machine broke down shortly before Christmas. I tried to find repairmen, but all orders are scheduled for the week ahead, and no one works for Christmas, not even me. In Skyrocket, they found time for me and we scheduled a repair for December 26th. I was afraid that a repairman “tired” after the holidays would come and fix it so that I would have to buy a new washer. But an energetic guy came, quickly identified the malfunction and eliminated it. I did not even have time to accumulate a lot of dirty laundry, and the machine has already been repaired! guys installed us a heater. the installation was scheduled two days after the day of our application.the whole experience was smooth and quick! Dave cleaned up after the install, and hauled away all of the debris. the area was just as it was before the install...and our new heater was there! i can recommend skyrocket repair! they were fast, efficient and friendly. thank you for the great service!

Skyrocket’s refrigeration service is top notch! I gave them a call because I had some troubles with my Trane refrigerator on the backyard. Something was wrong with it and food started spoiling. Water came out from the bottom. I had no idea what was happened. So I called them to made an emergency appointment. Russ sent technician in 30 minutes and I was so thankful for that! George fixed broken control board and replaced relay on it. Glad he had all parts with him and compressor started running after 40 minutes! They saved all food for hundred dollars!

Hi, I’m from evergreen San Jose. I planned to install a new AC and haul off the old one. I asked my friends to recommend me a company specializing on HVAC. Several men told me about Skyrocket – so I called them. We made an appointment on Tuesday. they arrived without delay with a huge bag of tools. The work was not difficult, but painstaking. First, the guys dismantled the old air conditioner, then scrupulously fixed and connected a new one. Very neat work! They gave me a warranty and a discount for maintainance. Highly recommend Skyrocket Repair!

The refrigerator in our family is a must and a favorite. Everyone who passes by the refrigerator, necessarily opens it and looks, whether something new appeared. This is how several times someone (I hope it was the children, not me) left the door open - and that’s goodbye to the compressor. I myself would never undertake to change the compressor, even if I had it brand new and in a box. So I called repairmen and called the guys from Skyrocket. The next day they arrived with a new compressor, unscrewed the old one and installed a new one. Very clean and quality work. The repairman came in a clean white T-shirt, ironed pants, fashionably trimmed, with a fashionable beard. In general, the guys from Skyrocket try to be at their best in everything - both in repair and in communication with customers. And they succeed! It's 5 stars!
