David from Skyrocket was great! David is very punctual, neat and tactful. He repaired the air conditioner quickly and clearly, it was apparent that he did this many, many times. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing while checking our air conditioning unit. He then gave a few options for how we could go about finding and fixing the problem. I would recommend this company to others. We signed up for the heating/cooling maintenance package too. During the repair work, I was very impressed by David's courtesy and professionalism. The work was done promptly and well. I highly recommend Skyrocket!

My family recently did business with a different company. We have been screwed out of a large amount of money by the other company. Our heating system is still not functional, and the new furnace is incorrectly sized. That company is attempting to get more money from her and refuses to fix the problems they are responsible for. We have documented issues that have taken place throughout the service work. In an effort to understand the situation from another (more well rated and experienced) professional perspective, I decided to contact different HVAC companies to get their insight if they were willing. I did not expect much since we did not hire them originally. Skyrocket repair was the first one I called.
I shared the issues with Russ and I was blown away by his level of service and comprehensive knowledge. Russ was patient and helpfully explained processes and HVAC system requirements. He told me how he would have handled the situation from the get-go to the finish.
Russ had nothing to gain from our phone call, as a bulk of the work had already been "completed" by the other company (with problematic results). Yet, he took around 20 minutes of his time to help me understand everything. If we have HVAC service work needs in the future, we will definitely hire Skyrocket! Thank you Russ for being above & beyond generous with your time and expertise!

My entire interaction with Skyrocket was excellent! One of my True refrigerator units in the restaurant went out and I contacted Skyrocket for a quote. They responded almost immediately with an offer to come out and diagnose the problem on the same day. I had to reschedule for a couple days later, but Sam showed up when he said he would, troubleshooted the issue, and gave me options on repairing the unit. He listened to my concerns and, as promised, e-mailed me quote at the following morning.
The prices quoted for the repair was way lower than a quote I had gotten from another company. I approved the repair and within 2 days Sam and David was able to come out and do the replacement of the compressor. Labor cost less than what another company quoted for about 50%! Plus you get a Yelp discount if you found them through Yelp (I did!)
My staff were there through the process and by the time I went down to the restaurant to check on them later, the refrigerator was up and running. Everybody on kitchen seemed extremely happy with their work and the service. Plus now they gave me 1 year warranty for the part and the labor. I highly recommend Skyrocket HVAC & Appliance repair for your needs.

good customer service! David from Skyrocket Repair was very friendly, great with children and fixed the issue immediately! Our issue was rubber seal replace, our washer needed it. Labour fee was around $200, the seal was our own. small economy))
the fix was very simple, and David made us feel as though we weren't the first - his work was a pleasure to watch. He then offered to look at anything else we might have problems with. we agreed that we'll keep skyrocket in mind if anything goes wrong! And we will!

Skyrocket was amazingly responsive to our HVAC issue. Our bryant AC died on a weekend.
Other companies pushed us off until Monday, but Dave from Skyrocket came to see us the same day - it was on Saturday!
He was polite,knowledgeable and easy to work with. We replaced the capacitor (as far as I understood) and the Ac started to work.Skyrocket are now our only call for HVAC needs!

We had problems with the furnace. For a long time we tried to adjust it ourselves, set up, disassembled and assembled the gas valve, tried to find a fault. But nothing happened. Periodically gas spontaneously faded out. Now, when heating the house is a real need, we could not accept this. We decided to contact the repairmen. Called the guys from Skyrocket. We were assigned a date and time of repair. Arrived on time. David (repairman) began to test the furnace. It turned out that the malfunction was not very serious: the thermocouple had to be replaced. We were afraid that now we will have to wait another week for the delivery of spare parts. We already had this once with another company, when parts went for three weeks. But Skyrocket justifies its name! David had a thermocouple with him! This is amazing! Probably, less than an hour passed - and the furnace was repaired! Thank you, Skyrocket and David! A pleasure to deal with you!

Well, my impressions of Skyrocket Repair are only positive.Punctuality is important to me, so I really appreciate that the technician from the Skyrocket arrived on time and the repair took a little time. I was afraid that the repair would take several hours or several days. But I was pleasantly surprised that all the parts the technician had with him. He said that these parts often fail, so he carries them with him always. Some kind of relay and bearing. Since the repair was completed without any complaints, I will continue to use Skyrocket services. I hope you will not fail!

David with Skyrocket HVAC came to my home on short notice to service my heat pump which had stopped cooling the house after only one and a half years. He was courteous, neat, professional, knowlegeable and kind. I appreciated that he called ahead to let me know his arrival time was a little later than expected. He and Skyrocket went the extra mile to squeeze us in during a heat wave. He worked late into the night until 9PM, not charging for overtime. Super reasonable rates. I will definitely be calling Skyrocket and David in the future and highly recommend them as honest, fair, good work!

Great price, Great service, No pressure! After bidding to multiple companies, I chose Skyrocket to replace my heater. George was honest and upfront about the options and prices for replacing the old unit. I was so impressed with what he and the David’s team offered, I decided to replace my second unit as well. George made sure I was aware of the full process and checked-in throughout the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Everyone was very considerate and courteous and the new heaters work great! Thank you!

My blower fan suddenly quit stopping (only way to stop is at breaker/OFF) due to bad relay, so I called around town. Not only did Skyrocket pick up right away (Mary was so pleasant on TEL) in the morning, they were able to fit me in right away that same late-afternoon. The initial service-call fee was almost half of other places in town, and I love how that fee goes towards the repair (unlike other places charging separately). David (he's also very pleasant/professional) came over for the repair during the scheduled 2hr window, and completed the work on-time & thoroughly. He also had all the necessary parts in his truck (a new circuit board for the main repair, and also a new thermostat that I wanted to replace my ancient one with while at it). No inflated sales pitches - only what I needed (very honest business). I'll call them again with my HVAC repair needs in the future. Highly recommended!
