45 min to unplug drain and reassemble trap. $200 labor plus $40 parts. $240 for less than an hour on site. That was after I called the office and complained about the initial $285 charge. Nothing you can say that would justify this cost. Will never call them again.

I have used them in the past to do repairs at my town home. The work is done promptly and to my satisfaction. They respond quickly. I don't like paying the bill but the work has to be done and I find this company reliable.

Terrible company! They r thru my insurance Co. I just found out from Advance Heating, (who were sent by my insurance Co : Home Serve, for a second diagnosis)that they put in the wrong motor, and the wrong protector switch and that is why my heating keeps going off and on. Brea company was pushing hard to sell me a new heater. And when I said I couldn't afford, they left and condemned my heater to the insurance Co. Thank God my insurance company: Home Serve, sent another heating company for a second diagnosis.

Sam and Skylee came to give me an estimate for replacing my A/C. They were prompt, nice and professional. They were able to give an estimate and explain the estimate quickly and knowledgeably.

I've used Brea/OC Plumbing Heating & AC twice in the last year, and both times the service tech has been knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this organization.
