Really solid service company. Our A/C went out in both branches on the same day. They got someone out to both stores so that parts could be ordered. Excellent communication and correct diagnosis in both situations enabled us to get both systems running the next day. Good process, good people, good results.

I had and emergency today and t hey came out during our pandemic and wore mask. They social distanced and fixed my huge leaking pipe.

What a relief to finally work with a plumber that I didn't feel was just out to get the maximum amount of money out of me by jacking up rates or pushing unnecessary work. BOCPH actually returned my phone call (imagine that), assessed the situation and kept me informed as to what they found and what they recommended to fix it. They gave me options for the scope of work and did the work quickly, thoroughly and within budget. While I hope to never have to call them again, I certainly will if necessary.

There's not enough I can say to describe how good these guys are! They're friendly, professional and priced right! I called them 10am Saturday on Christmas Eve and it's Noon right now and the job is already done and I'm sitting here typing this. Brea Plumbing has been a great teammate for the Brea Olinda School District when trouble arises, no matter what time of day or the severity of the plumbing problem, they are very dependable, professional and show a lot of pride in their work.

Had to have a sewer line replaced. BOCPH came out and decided to reline it to save demo on my yard, driveway, curb and gutter and the street! About a 60' run. They relined it with an epoxy/glass system for about $5,000.00.

They neatly cut a section of driveway and had a couple of crews out there to get it all done in 1 day! Neat and tidy, very professional. Done on time, on budget and cleaned up great afterwards. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

We had a stoppage problem at my work( bar/ restaurant being flooded out from the kitchen and front bar sink is never good) and called Brea/Oc plumbing, they sent out a technician with in the hour, Freddy was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, and had the problem solved in a timely manner. My boss/owner was so grateful for the efficiency, skill, clean up and more than fair price, thank you Brea/Oc plumbing and thank you Freddy! If you’re looking for the job to be done right give this company a call, we have used them for all our needs since!

Somewhat expensive at >$350 for a water heater removal that took a total of ~45 minutes. The heater was pre drained and cooled. Plumber used channel-lock pliers to loosen all fittings resulting in gnarled surfaces; the proper tool is an open-end wrench or an adjustable (Crescent) wrench. I was responsible for the bill but this work was subcontraced through my prime contractor. I was very disappointed when the BP manager refused to discuss the charge amount with me over the phone even when my prime contractor suggested I should call B/OC Plumbing about the pricing inquiry. Got a licensed plumber to quote $150 for the reinstall. We usually have options where to spend our money and I choose to avoid spending money at this business in the future unless they make improvements, which I hope they do.

The tech brought me through the process for two days about what needed to be done while replacing my AC. I will use this company again.
