Very happy with the excellent service for 2 jobs. The phone was answered by a live person, and the work was scheduled the next day. The first one was a floor furnace, which needed to have a relight the pilot light. Rudy needed to come back a second time, and fixed the safety value, and then called at 6 pm to make sure it was still working. The second job was a transformer that blew in the furnace, and Rudy diagnosed the problem, and put in the new part the following day. Highly recommend them.

Called in to have a consultation about my A/C system not heating up - technician arrived and diagnosed the issue.
Within the hour my air conditioning was up and running - highly recommend R.O.

Very responsive, as soon as they had the part they came out. Turned out I had a bad gas valve so they replaced that instead and everything is working great now. I’m very happy with their service, especially how quickly they respond and schedule visits
