I called as soon as they opened. A technician was out within an hour. In 30 minutes he had the fuse changed and the air conditioner working again.

The air was not working in my office . I called to get someone out here to fix it. The lady was very rude & acted like I was an idiot. She even recommended a different business to call & come fix it instead of going through them. She acted very irritated. I would recommended them to get a new person to answer their phones or talk to her about being more professional. stockdale air lost a customer today due to her and I'm sure I'm not the only one she has treated in such a way.

The problem with Stockdale Aire is they do not have the customer at heart. They might have started out as a good company years ago but since then they have profit on their minds more than satisfaction of the customer.
I had my heater go out a couple of weeks ago and had Stockdale Aire send a technician to diagnose the problem. I told the scheduler I had replaced the thermostat to make sure that was not the problem, after that she said the the technician would have to get into the house to check it. I tried to tell her that was not the issue (this is not my first rodeo with this type of equipment), she acted like I might have messed something up so I insisted that the technician just check my heater on the roof so I would not have to take off of work. She finally sent the technician out and called me at the end of the day to say that my control board was bad and that the technician said it was going to cost over $400.00 for the control board plus the $90.00 service call out. I knew that a control board could not cost $400.00 so I told her to send the technician away and I would just pay the $90.00 call out fee. After I got home I opened the unit up on the roof and jotted down the part number on the control board and googled it. I found new control boards on Amazon for $184.00 and I also found a used replacement control board for $70.00 on Ebay. Stockdale Aire, in my opinion does not put much effort into finding you the best deal, they like other companies are all about profit putting the customer way down the list. I would recommend getting other opinions before taking their word on repair costs and maybe do some homework like I did before saying ok to the repair. This, however is not easy when you are freezing to death in your house but It could be worth your while.

Dear Mr Warren Plascet, I listen to knzr and your commercials. I decided to try your company for my dual Pac service. Unfortunately, phone rang 20 times before I hung up (at 8:30 am) and I tried again at 10:00am, after 10 rings, I hung up. This was in May 2017. I never got to your company or services. In my opinion, your ads on knzr is a waste of money/time.... sad. Hmmmm...
