After several interactions, I need to share the good news about Elite Air. Tim and his team have been consistently responsive and professional, and I would recommend them for your installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance of your A/C and heating systems. Two years after installation, we had a minor issue that would normally cost around $300, however, with the long-duration labor and parts warranty (which was included, not a separate charge), we had the issue resolved the same day we called for help, with zero out of pocket cost. Also, the cost of the system that Elite installed was 40-50% lower than other quotes I received when replacing our 25 year old system a few years ago. I have zero regrets referring Tim to other friends that have had similar experiences. I was referred to Elite after they did an excellent job on a commercial install for a large building, so call them for your big commercial jobs, too. A+ and 5-stars for Tim and the Elite Team... Will never use anyone else again! We had to replace our entire A/C unit and was having issues with our heater. After receiving crazy price quotes from everyone we called. Our homes AC unit went out over a holiday weekend and when temperatures were more than 105 degrees. I called Elite Air Services the next business day and spoke with Jessica, she managed to find an opening and arranged for a technician to drop by mid morning. Jesse, HVAC technician, diagnosed the problem and made the repair within an hour. Jessica and Jesse were both highly professional and offered outstanding customer service.

Our single air conditioner system went down a week ago, and Elite diagnosed it, convinced me that, at 25 years old, it needed replacement, and installed the new 4-ton system (attic unit with outside compressor) today. Excellent work; reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Elite has twice rescued us this year. A couple of months ago our AC stopped working. I called Elite and spoke with Tim. In less than an hour he had a technician on my roof fixing the air conditioner. Did I mention it was a Saturday and he didn’t charge a ridiculous weekend fee. Just yesterday we had the same experience with my mother-in-law. This time he was backed up and said it would be a day before he could get to her. Not true, he had a tech there in under 3 hours. Tim has earned life long customers and referrals from us. Owner Tim is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail as to what he and his team were going to do, showed up early for the job, and swapped out my HVAC in under 6 hours. His team is very professional. Tim is a great guy to work with. We posted on our page that we needed help ASAP as our triple door Freezer at ❄️Sno Snack❄️ went out and we needed a fix quick before our ice melted🍧. He messaged me that night and had a guy out at 9am and we where up and running again by 10am.
Tim also takes care of our home air conditioning system.

My daughter called Tim yesterday (Monday) about an odor I noticed on Sunday. Even my son-in-law could smell it. LOL. Gabe arrived today (Tuesday) at 7:30am. Bless him. He checked everything and found our pan and coil were dirty (gunk). He cleaned them and home now smells great. I would have marked all of the 1st review, responsive, quality, etc. Thank you so very much. We will now have unit checked twice a year. Gabe you are AWESOME.

We called Elite out after a referral from a friend. They ended up replacing two of the units on our house. The communication was excellent, the technicians were polite and professional and the price was competitive! Highly recommend!
