Dutton HVAC

It is now in the 90's outside and I am sitting in a nice cool house thanks to the Dutton HVAC company. They came and installed an entirely new system in one day. They were professional and very nice. Their rates were reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Very good company to call with any of your HVAC issues! They always take good care of us with any issues we have with our heat and air. Had a technician out the same day that I called. They are great people!

Our furnace went out on Sunday, Dec. 18, a few days before it was supposed to be 0 degrees. We called Dutton's and had a new furnace in our house by Monday night. They were so nice and professional! We would definately recommend them.

We have called upon Dutton HVAC several times over the past decade for various needs regarding our a/c and furnace, systems that were installed years earlier by other companies. They have always been courteous, quick to respond, and have provided the necessary service with quality...first call, problem resolved. Recently, we made the decision to replace our entire HVAC system, and chose Dutton HVAC to do this for us because of our trust in their integrity and technical skill. We were very impressed with their attitude on our difficult installation and are 100% satisfied with their service. Our new thermostat is a totally different kind of product from the old one that we had; it was a simple on/off, slide mechanism to adjust the temperature. This new one is electronic, more complex, and required some practice for us to learn the nuances of it. We needed them to come out a second time to go over the operation of it, and they came immediately, cheerfully, and answered all of our questions (again.) They are clearly invested in satisfying the customer. I don't think you can ask for better service; can't imagine calling on anyone else to service our HVAC needs.

We appreciate Chris and his crew for their professionalism and they are always there when called upon. They have earned our trust and we will continue to use their services as long as they are available.
