AC went out when it was 95 degrees. I called several businesses and wound up with these folks. Luis, who did the work, was competent, communicative, and motivated. Set us up with a temporary part and brought the permanent replacement out over the weekend. Impressed. Don't see this every day.

Very helpful. Cliff listened to my issues and said he would call me right back. Within 5 minutes he called and said Kevin would be getting with me. Kevin called and let me know when he would be over. Once he arrived he walked me through everything he was doing and explained how it would affect my unit. All this happened after hours and I really appreciate the work they did. Once I get the original company that installed the unit to fix the issue I will be returning to RJW for all my air conditioning needs.

Justin was incredibly professional. Did not ever feel like I was being talked down to. Arrived on time and was courteous throughout his visit. 110/10 would recommend this business to anyone needing assistance. Thank you Justin!

Cliff came to do an air quality test at our home. I had a child that kept getting sick in our new home. Cliff was very thorough and came prepared and gave me a lot of information to help me understand what exactly was taking place within our home. After the test he gave me a full report showing the activity in our home and explained what was taking place. He had several solutions to helping have pure clean air in our home. He was kind and honest and went above what I was expecting! I definitely recommend their service. He was well knowledgeable on many different topics such as an air conditioner (which we had to replace, it kept going out) and duct cleaning services as well as testing the air!

I originally tried another local company that did absolutely nothing. So I called RJW and spoke with Amber, who was the epitome of customer service, who sent us Justin. And man, I am beyond impressed and thankful for his service, knowledge and professionalism. He really went above and beyond to correct the mistakes of the last repairman and got our unit back up and running in a timely manner. Justin really made us feel like valued customers and not just another appointment. I won't ever use another company again and I highly recommend RJW for any of your HVAC repair or needs.

Amazing company to work with! Hands down the best I've worked with in a long time. When I was looking for a company to redesign and install some exhaust work for a new piece of equipment. They were the company that actually showed up for or first meeting. I called almost all of the other HVAC companies in the Fayetteville area and couldn't even get a response back from them. RJW is the company you want to use!

RJW--is the best air Conditioning Co. I have ever seen. Im putting in a whole new unit with them and Justin, Cliff & Kevin are the smartest and most considerate people I have ever met in this industry. With their heavy work load they workrd 15hrs putting in what they could and still needed to finish this week sometime..so they made sure (with a window. Unit) for our living room and a portable one in kitchen facing livingroom so my 92yr old Mother and I would have some type of cold air on us..so we wouldnt get heat stroke..I will write another review after there finished installing our unit..These guys are the real deal.

Kevin ventured into the frigid cold and ice this morning to come and ensure that I had a functioning furnace.

He was friendly, professional and immensely helpful making sure my home could stay warm!

My AC was not cooling and it was sweltering outside, so I googled AC service near me and found BurtonWright had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. I was able to get a technician over a few hours later. I received a text when he was on his way. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things to me about issues I have had since I owned this home that I have asked other AC people about over the years with no answers. I felt he was thorough with the Inspection of my unit and vents, answered my questions and got my AC blasting cold air again. I would highly recommend burtonWright if you’re in need of AC repair.

Highly recommended. Fantastic experience from first call to the office through completion of service. Excellent communication and follow up. Kyle, our technician went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer of the broken part and found out it was still under warranty so all I had to pay was labor (free part!). He could have just sold me a new part - I appreciated that he did the right thing for us, so for that we will continue to use BurtonWright for annual maintenance before the season and future HVAC needs.
