My unit went out. Justin came out, got me running again and we decided I needed a new unit. Justin and Cliff then came out and did measurements and figured out what I needed. They also did air quality testing. I was given the quote price Friday night. Saturday morning first thing Justin came and installed. Justin was polite responsive and very thorough in his install. I was very pleased.

Jason did a great job. My issue was with a heat pump. Responsive, took time to diagnose the problem and worked to resolve. Was professional, took the time to explain, in layman's terms what the issue and resolution. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.

BurtonWright sent Justin on same day I called with a problem; water in our floor. Justin called me on his way and on estimated time! He straightened out several issues from initial build, and quickly found a leak in our condensate line. We are up and running now, and so appreciative of Justin and Anastasia (our dispatcher) and the entire team at BurtonWright! Thanks Y’all for your kind professionalism and hustle!

BurtonWright has been a fantastic HVAC company to do business with. They are extremely responsive and thorough in everything they do. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The treat you fair and make sure that they explain the details of the things that you are needing to be repaired. I would personally recommend them to anyone who is needing anything HVAC related.

Kyle came on a Saturday afternoon and found and fixed the problem quickly. Colton even came out the next day, when we called to double check that the unit was working correctly. He came over on a Sunday and checked everything over once again to make sure things were running properly. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgable in getting our AC unit back and running

Justin was so awesome! He came out quickly, was on time, quickly found the problem, was able to obtain the part in 20 minutes, and got it fixed in no time! I highly recommend them and have a card to call them any time anything else goes wrong in the future! I am looking to sign up for their inspection program and they will be my go to HVAC company.
