Justin and all the professionals at RJW, (formerly known as Burton Wright Mechanical) have maintained all of our HVAC systems for years. They are always on time, polite, and knowledgeable about all of our systems and needs. They always strive to give us the best deal they can and don't try to sell us on the things we don't need. At the same time they do go over all of the options available to us without being pushy. I can honestly say that if you choose to use this company you won't be dissatisfied, a straightforward family owned and operated company that cares about its customers is hard to find.

These people are wonderful! My home warranty company definitely picked a winner for our service needs! Dimitri came out first thing this morning, identified the problems and went straight to work. He was very professional, thorough, and caring! Great job!

Kevin came on a Sunday and charged nothing since the problem turned out to be not enough electricity coming into the house instead of anything wrong with the AC unit! He was super competent, kind, and helpful!! We are very impressed with him and his company and won't hesitate to call them in the future.

I was reluctant about calling for service on Sunday, but finally broke down and called BurtonWright. I got Kevin and he was fantastic! Very friendly and thorough! It’s hard to find a good AC person, but Kevin was great. We’ll be repeat customers.

I highly recommend Burton Wright Mechanical. They replaced our AC unit 4 years ago. When we had some trouble with it this summer we accidentally called a different company to assess what was wrong. When we realized this mistake we called Burton Wright to ask If our unit had any type of factory warranty etc... the owner, Kevin called me directly and helped me figure out warranty information and how to make sure the other company uses the factory warranty so we would not have to pay out of pocket (this saved us hundreds of dollars!). He also informed me of what we should expect, fair market expense for repair of the unit. This took several phone calls and emails. Kevin went out of his way to take care of us even though we were using a different company and his company would not get paid for his assistance. The other company we were using did not look into factory warranty on the part and were going to charge us full amount for the repair. I relayed all the info that I received from Kevin and pushed for them to check for factory warranty coverage. After much prompting the other company processed our warranty information. If it had not been for Kevin we would have been ignorant and paid hundreds of dollars more. Needless to say, when our AC unit acted up again a few weeks later, we called Burton Wright. They came right out and fixed the unit, Turns out the other company had done a poor job with the repair. Burton Wright technician, Colt, had our AC unit up and running in no time. He was fast, thorough, and courteous. As I previously stated I HIGHLY recommend Burton Wright!

Wow! I can not thank Justin and the Burton Wright team enough. The entire time Justin was super professional and friendly and it was 8pm at night that he came to fix our heat after another company cancel on us and rescheduled for another day leaving us without heat. I would absolutely recommend this company and their customer service is excellent. Thank you again!

Burton gave us the most reasonable bid out of 3 companies for the same job plus a better warranty with 10 years parts and labor!! The system was installed in one day and we were showed how to use it and every question we had was answered. Everyone was very professional and curtious we worked with and I couldn’t be happier.

Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable about my AC system. He pointed out several issues that I wasnt aware of.. He took the extra time to point out and show me pictures to help explain to me the issues and problems my system and helped me make the best decision on repairing my system!! High recommend !!!

Came out right on time! Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the little glitch in just a few minutes and only charged for a service call bc it was simple fix. AC is up and running cold. Great quality, would recommend!
