Tom Murrie and his people are knowledgeable, efficient, professional and their prices are probably the most reasonable in NW Arkansas. Tom himself is ready to very patiently explain all the options - be it for a repair or a new HVAC system. I am very happy I discovered this company.

Not many companies will answer the phone at 6pm on a Sunday. This one did. The girl was understanding and kind. I was put in for Tuesday and the tech that came out was really helpful.

He found a filter I didn't know existed and helped me learn how to change it. He walked me through basic system maintenance and how I could save money. He didn't talk down to me for not knowing what to do.

I didn't feel like they were just trying to get money but like they really cared that I was comfortable and knew my system. I received a call a few days later asking if it was still cooling well before she sent the bill. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for being real hometown people.
