Came to fix my furnace in the winter and left it not working. Did not receive an invoice but sent me into collections anyway. When I explained the situation they promised to send a technician to identify the problem, but never sent one. Called again and went back on their promise, saying that they wouldn't be sending anybody. Never again. Tired of dealing with unethical businesses.

Professional from the first call. The knowledge and experience was present from the get-go. On arrival, technician was nice, clean, and met all expectations.

Outstanding. John from Hi-Tech came out late in the evening, in negative degree temperatures to make repairs that would ensure we would have heat through the night.
