Air Fix

If you’re looking for a good company to do anything HVAC related, LOOK NO FURTHER. This is the absolute best HVAC company out there. Our heat went out last weekend and we had a technician sent the day after. We found out that our furnace was the original to our home and 33 years old. The blower motor was seized up and the capacitor was broken. We decided it was best to replace our system. Rosie ordered our new system after everything was in place and got us on the schedule quickly for installation.

The guys (Sean, Fred and Max) who came out were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They installed our new heat pump system and thermostat, which worked like a charm once turned on. They also answered all of my questions about maintenance, upkeep and how the heat pump works.

The owner of this company, Troy, is the best, and runs his business as such (the best). You won’t regret choosing Air Fix as your HVAC company!!

Our heat went out in the middle of snow storm, Air Fix sent out a technician same day in treacherous road conditions and had us all fixed up within hours, Chris the tech was super professional, informative and quick. Highly recommend and will be referring to friends and family 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very busy time of year for repairs. Called a few companies and was told could not be seen for a week. Called Air Fix and they got me on the schedule for the next day, which I appreciated.
Tech - Chris was very personable and professional. Quickly analyzed problem and replaced the part. Completed full system check and made sure unit was cooling properly before leaving.
Service was great and would definitely recommend!

The service tech that came out was very courteous and informative, and worked very hard to repair our condensing unit. Unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news that it needed to be replaced. He thoroughly explained why and made it clear that our unit was unrepairable. So far a really good experience with this company even though we got bad news. I’ll update after they install the new system.

We are beyond thrilled with the service from Air Fix! Troy and his team did a remarkable job! We can sleep well at night knowing not only our air system is running correctly, but also that our heating system is installed properly and there will be no more leaks. Air Fix provided great customer service as well. Our family plans to use them for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. We definitely recommend them!

Update Dec 2022: They system had issues just a little over a year after they installed. The issue found was wiring (that they put in) yet they still tried to charge us for this, saying they have a 1-yr on their labor, so basically they can mess up something (involving wires in this case) and not live up to their work. After I complained, the lady got VERY SNIPPY and said "fine, we'll wave the bill"; Terrible Attitude and Awful Customer Service! Furthermore, it took well over a YEAR for them to supply us with the warranty documents on the unit itself. I would NEVER recommend this company or their laborer's. Super inexperienced, Very rude admin, and terrible communication.
Original notes after install Summer 2021:
They took entirely too long to get to us. They took entirely too long to do the work (approx 6 hours to install air handler when old unit was already gone). They did NOT call before arriving, as promised and as the warranty company notes each contractor should. They arrived with 5 YOUNG workers (assuming these are training or just job study positions) but it was entirely too much to be on one job and I felt a bit uneasy having that many people in the home. Again, no one told us anything like "hey, we're training these 5 guys, no biggy, right?"... so it was a little odd. The "bossman" left and came back and left and came back numerous times. They never updated us throughout the day, which when you're there 6 hours for a (what seems) simple install, I think a check in now and then should suffice.
I think their folks are VERY INEXPERIENCED! They kept "testing" the thermostat or the breaker and then would coming running back upstairs and shut it off... I think they were just making mistakes and didn't know what they were doing.
I'll be hiring an outside source to come check their work. We're talking electrical that could burn our house down and I DO NOT TRUST the work.
Finally - I should add - they didn't give us ANY PAPERWORK on the unit installed, discuss what it's Warranty is (if any from manufacturer) or give us any invoice or any proof they were even there. I should NOT have to call and chase down info on the model installed, warranty, etc. I think they just don't know anything about running a business with customers in mind.
No updates, no respect, no sign off... just bad

I am so appreciative of the super fast service. I had a potentially serious problem with my furnace and Air Fix got someone to my home quickly. Steve did a fantastic job of checking the furnace over. Turns out the furnace was not the source of the problem, but Steve helped me brainstorm other possibilities. I greatly appreciate this incredible level of service and care. Thank you.

Great company. They are on time and get the job done fast without cutting any corners. Thanks to Steve for coming out today and fixing the issue within 30 minutes. He was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Air Fix was prompt and very professional. Every time I had a question they answered immediately and took care of business. The project was pretty large but they finished in a timely fashion, on a Saturday! I would highly recommend Air Fix and definitely use them again for our HVAC needs.

We realized there was a problem mid afternoon. Even though it seemed to be an air conditioning problem and it was a cool day, they were able to come within two hours of my call and had my small problem fixed in no time. (I know it happened just right that they were close by and done with a job so they could squeeze it in, but that says a lot about the character and quality of the workers that they would do that when it wasn’t imperative it get done that day.)
