Wife called and within an hour they were here replaced part that ants decided to build a nest in... maybe 15 minutes and our air works again... Dylan was quick ... thanks brother... 2 pole 40A contactor was replaced

I am late writing this but, I had these guys come out and replace my whole system. They remained courteous and professional the whole time they were here. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects that I may have. Great job to the team that graced me with their presence.

Friendly and straightforward! Texted on the way and performed maintenance on our systems. We will be utilizing the yearly maintenance plan with True Comfort and will call them in the future if we have any issues.

Our long-serving A/C unit finally quit for good. True Comfort had been servicing it, helping it to last as long as it could. When it died, I called Roger Tucker, the proprietor of True Comfort. Roger returned our call immediately and came to assess the situation the next day. We all agreed it was time to replace the unit.
My wife and I expected it would take a week or two to get the ball rolling. Nope. Roger got right on it. He found the appropriate unit, which is no small feat, given supply chain problems and shortages. He and his crew got the whole job done in one day. Install went great. Their cleanup was good. They hauled the heap of the old unit away. They even installed a new thermostat, which is so simple to work and set.
Roger, of True Comfort, has provided exceptional service to us for over a year. He helped us get the most out of our old unit, then when the time came, he got us in another new unit faster than we thought possible.
I highly recommend True Comfort for their professionalism, integrity, expertise and value.

Dylan called and came by earlier than scheduled to fix my unit. He checked to confirm I was getting both heat and air. He stated, “We rather do it right.” I appreciate his advice about the return vent as well.
