Seaton Heat N Air

In the middle of a heat wave, I was able to get after hours courteous service. Chris was patient with us while we had to get a code from the warranty company so I could be reimbursed for the charge

Other companies tried to overcharge for the service call, Heat and Air was lower to mid priced and worth it.

My Heating went out in the night on a Tuesday night. It dropped below freezing and I called Seaton in the morning after doing some online checking. I also have a mini-split that was not working. They got the mini-split working and learned I had voltage issues. My electrical line was replaced by the electric co. And that problem was solved. So glad they caught that before all my electrical appliances were ruined. So my main unit that went out was old old OLD. So it had to be replaced. I had priced units over the last 10 years, and this was the most reasonable price I had been given. All the men that came to my home were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered my questions and even fixed the access door to my crawlspace. I highly recommend this company!!

Of course your AC/Heating unit will always go out 5:05 pm on a Friday the holiday weekend and our did and Seaton Heat and Air was there to work on the problem. So grateful for Seaton. The customer service with this company is top of the line. The young man that came out to work on the unit was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what it took to repair it, very professional. Office staff was just as great. Great customer service, professional and there after hour is what this company is all about. Will call on them again.

Seaton Heating and Air has helped me several times when I had a HVAC emergency (being in the south without AC during summer is an emergency 😝). They show up right away, sometimes even within the hour, and fix whatever issue I might have. They are responsive, professional, competitively priced, and follow up after service provided. They are my 'go-to' and highly recommend them being your 'go-to' as well.

I work for a property management company and Seaton Heat N Air handles most of our no heat or no air work orders we receive and the level of quality and professionalism they show is through the roof! I can not say enough good things about this company and its employees! Jessica and Brittany are such a joy to talk to when you call in a work order. Alex showed up on time and was awesome!!!! He kept me informed every step of the way and brought to my attention a potential future problem for the hot Arkansas summer. We got it fixed and now I can sail through August!!!!
