    They came out to check my AC unit in a house I recently purchased because it wasn’t doing a good job cooling the upstairs. Roger said this is a common problem for this type of house and recommended a second unit in the future since the current one is only a few years old. No pressure or sales pitch, and he didn’t charge me for the visit. So for now I decided to get a window AC unit in my bedroom, but was having issues installing it. I called yesterday and Roger came out today to help me install a window AC unit even though that isn’t what they normally do and wouldn’t accept payment. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them!

    Roger Tucker and his crew were on time, courteous and honest. We received an entire heating and cooling system in one day. The financing was super easy and I was comfortable with the cost. When they ran into possible issues (very old house with limited attic space) we discussed it and talked through the options. Thankfully, with their perseverance, they were able to get the new unit in the attic. They could have taken an easier route but were determined to make it work. I highly recommend these guys for installation and maintenance.

    We hired True Comfort to initially perform maintenance on our aging HVAC units. TC did so acceptably and reliably. Then the first of our HVAC units decided to quit, and leaked condensate out of the pan into the garage ceiling. TC installed a new unit, removed the old, and installed a sump pump to keep that from happening again. Then about a year later, the 2nd unit (this one in our attic above the living room) also quit, and leaked water out of its pan, discoloring the LR ceiling. TC installed a new unit there and recommended a local drywall repair guy to deal with the discolored ceiling. A minor cleanup was all that was needed. Unfortunately, the sump pump that TC installed on the 2nd unit failed.

    Dylan came in and inspected the sump pump and placed it back in service, but it failed again about 6 weeks later. This time, the condensate leak was far bigger than the previous one. Roger came in and replaced the failed sump pump and did not invoice us for Dylan's call or his call. We found that extraordinary. Furthermore, Roger offered to absorb the cost of the ceiling repair ($1200). That kind of customer service is not common and while we negotiated a more fair arrangement (meaning it wasn't Roger's fault that the sump pump failed), we appreciate Roger's commitment to his customers. Roger and Dylan are competent, responsive, and accountable. It doesn't get better than that.
