I used this company for the first time through my Home warranty company. Shawn and Chris did a phenomenal job, they were transparent about my HVAC system, what I will need, provided me with information of future expectations. They were friendly, professional and on time (even ahead of the scheduled time, because they were in the area). I had a AC tune up work done, they cleaned my additional AC units for an additional price, which is lower than what my home warranty was quoting me for each unit. Shawn was able to provide the tune up on the additional units at the same time, without coming back (which he didn't have to do).

I called panicked Saturday morning and they had someone out by 1pm during prime A/C repair season! Super fast, Super nice, and he listened to me. He was done in 30-45 mins. Replaced wires that were damaged and the capacitor. Highly recommend!

Owned a 33 year old deteriorating underrated unit in a tiny attic. No problem for them. Had new roof put on house. Accidently a roofing nail went through the main AC line causing all the Freon to leak out. Called out Comfort Concepts to take a look. Didn't pinpoint the exact spot of leak and just wanted to replace the entire main line and refill coolant for $2500 plus tax.
After some thought sounded crazy expensive. Another HVAC company came out, pinpointed the single spot the line was punctured at, and replaced just that section of damaged line in the attic, filled with R22 coolant. The total cost for the repair the 2nd HVAC company performed was under $600 and was totally adequate.
I feel as though Comfort Concepts attempted to rip off an ignorant consumer.

Response to owner- The other HVAC company didn't simply weld over the hole. He replaced a 4 foot section of copper pipe. The repair took one guy, 1.5 hours from start to finish. I will upgrade my unit on my own time frame, I can get another couple years out of it. Does explain why your repair tech was asking if I was interested in financing a $10,000 unit. The roofing company did pay for the repair, as I told your tech I wasn't trying to rip them off.

Annual AC check performed. I like the text messages that remind when it’s time for checkup. Also message when they’re on their way and the ability to track how close they are. I like being able to pay immediately with a debit/credit card. The annual checkup price is a good value.

I'm new to this area and contacted CC when our furnace wasn't functioning properly. They arranged for someone to check on my heating unit the same day and they explained every bit of the process. A part had to be ordered and they returned the very next day. They were professional, courteous and above all, were excellent communicators. I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again, if needed.

Comfort Concepts was great to work with! They were able to send a tech out to look at my system the same day. After figuring out the compressor was gone on my 20 year old system I had a new one in place in 24 hours. Great communication and professionalism with every person I dealt with.

If your home warranty company assigns this company to you, immediately refuse and have them assign someone else. They don’t turn in diagnostics report on time nor do they answer the phone

Thanks for great professional service. My encounter with CC was through my home warranty company for initial season service. While one of the Chris's and Austin was doing service he noticed an issue with the freon. I ended up having to get a new outdoor unit and the owner Chris Sullivan and his team was amazing to work with. They fixed my issue and got me a great deal on a new outdoor unit. When we had an issue with the air turning on around 7pm, I texted Chris Sullivan to let him know about it and he and Austin came out during the night time to help fix the issue. I do not know of any other company that is so personable with their customers like Comfort Concept. Once again, great customer service and even the lady who answers their phones in the office was amazing and THAT is the main reason i decided to keep using them. It all starts with the very first person you encounter. Great Team!

Second Review for service done 6-30-2022--- I had Duck work done to correct a air flow issue, the guys came a day early to fix this issue and the team did an great job!!!!! So glad to have encountered this company because they have a forever customer :) thanks again.
