They installed new system in 2017. Still under warranty. Called two times over past 7 days and left messages--without air. Text on call tech. No reply. Finally called Airmasters and they came out and repaired. Will have to pay for repair. Initial install was good, except they forgot to install new thermostat. Service response, even though it was holiday weekend and following week was poor.

Our ac went out Thursday afternoon. Owner told me he would be there mid-morning Friday. He arrived on time, went right to work, explained the problem and gave me price before performing the repair. He had it fixed in less than an hour and I thought his price was more than fair. I'll definitely use him again.

Great Customer service. The technicians that came out to my house were very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand my system. After the service was complete they offered me financing on my repairs. The charges were fair priced and I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs HVAC repairs or replacement.

Prepping to list our house on the market, we had gone with a different recommended company for help but after a week and a half of phone calls, several emails, and texts, we got bare bones responses every time. Was then recommended this company by a good friend and they had communicated more with me from my first phone call than the entire week and a half of the other company.

They were thorough, relatable, easy to speak with, and provided options for us. Amazing service and the cost was lower than what we were expecting. They were promptly able to replace our unit and fix our furnace upon the request. Highly recommend!

I called to see if they could put a unit in and they told me they don't want to do any work like that this company is a joke the lady at the desk is a joke don't use them use Middleton, or freyaldenhoven hell if you know a do it yourself kind of guy hite him these people don't actually want your work or money

The technician that came to do the maintenance was extremely helpful. He helped me set the thermostat correctly and made sure I had all my questions answered.

Did not expect such a fast service call; they were at my home in less than an hour. Friendly, professional, and fast service completion by the knowledgeable technician that fixed my issue without saying “This is an old unit that needs replacing”. Refreshing!

I messaged Jason Hunter through their website late on a Sunday evening that we were having issues with the AC. Jason emailed me by 6am Monday morning and said he would be out around 9:30am to take a look at the AC. After diagnosing that it was a bad fan motor Jason headed to the parts store to pick up a new one. When he came back he mentioned he had to argue with the parts guy because the fan motor was actually still under warranty and we would only have to pay a labor charge. I realize people have different experiences with a business but in my opinion this company has always gone above and beyond in its honesty and professionalism toward its customers. We have used Jacksonville Heating & Air for over 20 years and will continue to do so.

So my daughter is 20 and is moving into her first home in the Jacksonville area. The place she is renting does not have an ac unit. So my daughter goes in there to ask questions as to how she would go about getting a unit. The lady was so freaking g rude to my child. I am so passed off. When you own a buisnesd you shouldn't be allowed to throw people out just because the color of their skin. See my daughters black. This is an ALL EHITE STORE AND THEY ARE PROUD OF IT.. threw my kids out if their store for asking questions.
And told her to never come back agaim!! I so wish I would have been there with her

Called the day after July 4th not expecting same day service. However they sent tech within a few hours. Tech checked my system and verified it was good. I have nothing but good service from them.
