M and M Heating and Air

I called M and M Heating for a repair as our heater stopped working. They showed up on time and instead of pushing new products or saying something was broken, they said all it needed was a deep clean which they did. Honest companies are hard to find, this is one of them.

This company is great. Speedy and nice. I used them a lot in LR but unfortunately looks like they do not service Conway.

I've used M and M twice now, the first time they came out a summer ago to fix our air (after another company did not fix it properly) and this last week they came and installed a new furnace after ours went out on the coldest day yet this year. They are very professional, they will educate you on what they are doing and why and ways to take care of your system, on time and very responsive. We will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

I've been using M and M for about 20 years. They are totally professional, friendly and courteous. They know what they are doing and are able to explain it even to me. I will be contacting them to put in a new air conditioner for me this spring and I know I will be happy with the product and the workmanship.

Excellent customer service. Fast service. Great prices. I was quoted a price by another Heat & Air company that was almost $2000.00 more than M&M's quote. M&M came out in less than 30 minutes after I called them. Very Professional and Friendly staff. M&M fixed my air conditioner in under the estimated amout of time that they had said. My air was fixed the same day that I called M&M. I would suggest M&M to anyone and everyone!!!

Very professional and timely, and prices are very reasonable. We had 2 compressors go out on a new unit installed by another contractor, and M&M was able to diagnose the underlying problem. Very pleased.
