Comfort concepts was a great business to use they found my unit needed to be replaced. Helped me with financing, so I could have a new unit put in. Very friendly and responsive. Great company would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend this Company. If you are needing any Heat or A/C work done these are the people to call. I scheduled an appointment and met with Chris he quoted me the best price and 6 days later his install crew installed my new unit. The installers were polite, prompt, and professional. I was more than satisfied with the work that Comfort Concepts did for me. After my experience with this Company, I have a hard time believing the negative reviews left by others. I guess some people are A holes and just impossible to make happy. Thanks again Chris !

Communicated with us effectively while servicing us, and explained everything he found professionally; never had a problem with comfort concepts, would definitely recommend Chris to service others. Prices are about average, but the customer service that come with is worth it!

I was assigned Comfort Concepts by my home warranty company because my air conditioner wasn't working. They came out and determined that I needed full replacement of my outside unit as it was over 30 years old. Weeks passed and the warranty company finally agreed and shipped out the unit. When installing the new unit, Comfort Concepts deteremined that my 30-year-old evaporator coil under the house wasn't compatible with the new unit. Isn't this something they should have figured out when requesting replacement of the outside unit? This would add more weeks to getting air conditioning because my home warranty company would have to approve and ship the new evaporator coil. On top of this, Comort Concepts wanted $1650 for expenses that my home warranty company didn't cover. I emailed them for an explanation of these expenses and they never responded. This being so, I contacted my home warranty company and asked them to reassign my claim to another HVAC company that they had previously assigned to me. The new HVAC company agreed that I did need a new evaporator coil to make it compatible with the new outside unit, but they didn't charge me any additonal fees for uncovered expenses. This saved me $1650!

Responding to the owner's response:
1) What I could afford had nothing to do with it. I wasn't going to pay for additional charges that were outrageous and that your company wouldn't respond to my email to even explain.
2) I never had any questions regarding the procedures of my home warranty company and you certainly didn't answer any. Again, you didn't even respond to my email regarding the $1650 you wanted to charge above what my home warranty company would cover.
You are trying to save face in your response, but your response is deceptive to say the least.
