We were very pleased with the prompt response time and great service we received on a Saturday after our AC stopped working. The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable even though our unit is an older model. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine reliable service.

The guys at H&K are by far the most experienced HVAC in Northwest Arkansas. They’re very professional and friendly. They will never try oversell a customer. You will always get honesty and integrity with these guys. Every service call has always been so convenient for me, especially for my rental property.

I have been calling on H&K for my residential heating and air repair needs for around 15 years. I have always appreciated their service and fairness of price. I think they are fair and honest people, and if I felt like I had not received the service that I paid for, they made it right.

Haven't used the service. However, their driver's don't care about the safety of others. It shows throughout the company. I called to let them know in a very respectful manner that their driver almost ran me off the road and was tailgating me when I had my kids in the car. The receptionist was very rude and had a very negative attitude. From my encounter with them. I would never recommend them even if they do excellent work.

We had issues with our outside compressor running constantly and freezing up. Called at 8:30am they had someone onsite and the ac was fixed by 11:30am same day. Awesome fast service and Wes was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely will use from now on for any HVAC issues. Thanks for the quick response in the middle of August. My family and I appreciate it.

Very happy! I don't often write reviews but I was so happy with the service at H&K. After getting a $1,000 estimate from Bud Anderson heating and cooling we decided to get a second opinion from H&K. Our heater was up and running for $425.00.

Shout out to H&K....response time was great and I really appreciated the email that was sent advising of the appointment time they would arrive and they were right on point with that time. that small gesture helped me plan my day around the service call. Thanks H&K.

Initially, I had scheduled a diagnostic. We had a small miscommunication that was resolved. Joey was fast, very nice, and completely fixed my a/c as well as found an issue I'll have to fix in the winter. I will be calling them out again during the winter.

We live in the country and wouldn't let anyone else touch our heating and cooling. Wes has always been prompt and professional, and reasonably priced. I would give H&K 10 stars if I could!
